If you want to swim in an 85 degree pool between October through March, you need to find a home with a gas or electric pool heater. The solar pool heater consists of a series of manifolds on the roof made of black tubing that the water is pumped through. The black tubes absorb heat from the sun. This heat is transferred to the water, warming it up. The pool temperature is dependent on the amount of sun there is and how clear the sky is. It will heat to within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. We provide a small bluetooth speaker for guests to use. No additional speakers are allowed at the property. The music level should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls in order to be respectful of our neighbors and comply with the City of Scottsdale noise ordinance. Quiet hours from 9pm – 9am. This home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home. It does NOT record sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels. We will be notified if this device is tampered with. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2,500)brbr4. No confetti or glitter allowed. If used, an extra cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to guests.brbr5. No smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. Violation of this rule will include a fee of $1,000 and removal from the property without refund.brbr6. No pets. I know, I know, we love dogs too. If animals are on the property, an additional $500 per-day will be charged to guests. brbr7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.brbr8. Pool safety. No diving allowed as our pool is very shallow. We do not have a pool fence so do not leave children unattended in the backyard. brbr9. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.brbr10. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.brbr11. No tampering with the pool equipment. The pool hose must remain in the pool at all times.brbr12.
