Absolutely loved our stay in Scottsdale! The home was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. Great location, amazing scenery, and a perfect place to relax with my family.

Great house, great host, great location! The house is more than well equipped. Super private back yard and pool area. Close to golf courses and hiking and good places to dine. Highly recommend this place. Dale was really nice and easy to work with. We rent five plus times a year all over the world. Dale was aces! The place was the same! Stop looking… rent this one!

Gorgeous property and very comfortable stay! We had everything we needed and the pool was so relaxing during the hot AZ days. The house is a little far from downtown Scottsdale (with traffic), but that didn't effect the fun we had. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Beautifully decorated home. Well stocked kitchen. Fantastic outside entertaining area with pool & hot tub. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice neighborhood for morning walks or bike rides.

This was an amazing place to spend the week with my wife! We will be using this place again! We could have lot asked for a more perfect place! Communication was excellent!

We’ve rented quite a few homes & this one is my favorite! Everything about it is great. Owners are responsive and friendly. The way there are things that we didn’t have to go purchase. The furniture is homey and not like some of the ‘look’ good but aren’t comfy. Thanks for the great home. I will be back!

Fantastic home. Easy access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and I-17 to go trekking north. The pool and spa were very clean and well maintained. All furniture and beds are very comfortable.

This was a cycling trip and this house was perfectly located. The pool was heated and rafts and cushions readily available. Will be back.

The house is breathtaking, the hot tub is hot. And the pool was very refreshing. We were amazed by the beautiful kitchen and the grill out back on the patio. My wife and kids got to enjoy the sun rises with a hot cup of coffee and a refreshing dinner out back over looking the desert.

The house was perfectly setup. We enjoyed the pool everyday. Dale was accommodating to let us check in early and check out later than normal.

This place was big and roomy. It had all the amenities you would need for various reasons. The hot tub was great to relax in. It was in a cool area being developed.

Wonderful clean and spacious home with plenty of great amenities. We really enjoyed our couple of days stay - definitely recommend! Fence around the pool and backyard and all one floor was very helpful ensuring a safe environment with little kids.

Overall it felt like home. Cozy, clean and fairly well equipped. The mattresses, sheets and pillows were not first rate. The guest bedroom at the end of the hall on the right had a Matt that sagged in the middle and the guests kept having to readjust. The pillows are out of sorts and almost non-usable. The sheets were made of some polyester that was off putting and made you very warm. Needed to provideInstructions for the HVAC. We had a great time, the kitchen dinnerware and silverware were wonderful. A mention that the pool was NOT heated would have helped the description. Brrr.

Booked this lovely VRBO for overflow of relatives for my daughter’s wedding. Perfect location to everything they needed. Also property was equipped with all they needed as well.

My best friend and I chose Arizona for our annual best friend trip. We had an absolute blast at dales home. He was very attentive to any questions, the house was very well stocked with things to cook with, and the pool was the highlight of our trip!

Property was clean and tidy on our arrival, pool well maintained and it was a peaceful location.

House and pool beautiful. Bed extremely comfortable. House stocked with everything. Only small complaint would be the 5 pm check in. Seems a little late and we rent VRBO homes frequently. All and all completely 5 * plus.

This was my third time staying at this property, and all three have been fabulous! The house is well stocked with everything you need, the pool is great, Love the outdoor spaces - just what was needed for a short family break to the Scottsdale area. Will definitely stay again.

My husband, his sister, my best friend and I all enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this amazing house. It's a very nice house and property and Dale and Ann have added great amenities. We really enjoyed the backyard pool, hottub, birds and wildlife. We all agreed it will be our next rental in Phoenix!
