The lake is stocked with various types of fish with a catch & release policy. brbrThere are multiple gas grills located throughout the grounds. The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And our brand new hot tub was completed in March!brbrThe elevator is about 25 steps from this condo. From the parking lot you can take either the stairs (which is 1/2 up to the 2nd floor and 1/2 down to the ground floor) or the elevator. When you step off the elevator, turn left and it is the first condo.brbrQUIET community but only minutes from the I17 which provides easy access to everything in Phoenix.
