There is a $5.00 laundry fee to use laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. Iron available upon request. Lastly we have the backyard including a patio with tables and chairs and a BBQ grill you can use as you like. the back gate opens up to beautiful green grass, there is a beautiful lake you can walk to thru the neighborhood.
