Enjoy an oversized covered patio with enough outdoor seating for your entire group. You may find it hard to leave your home so there is a brand new Gas Grill, with searing burner and side element for your use. STR License#0000359brbrThis well laid out 4 bedroom 2.5 bath rancher is unique as the neighborhood is surrounded by one level homes, with large privacy walls between neighbors. You have no-one looking down into your private yard. An immaculately maintained park with Basketball Courts, Soccer field, a running track and covered playground are located just across the street.brbrWe are sure you will enjoy this comfortably furnished home, that is perfect for families or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out. We have a games room, with a 55' HD TV, Sony Gaming Console, air hockey (and ping pong table in the garage). The Kids can hang out in the games room while you relax in 1 of two large sitting areas. The living room has a view of the pool and has 2 large couches with 2 matching oversized chairs, or you could watch TV on 75’ HD Samsung Smart TV, blue tooth JBL Sound system including Subwoofer.
