Bring your river toys we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are a shared space with the main house. The upstairs main house is currently not available for rent. There may be guests that are friends or family of ours.brbrThe spacebrThis is a one bedroom guest apartment. It is the lower level of riverfront house. Perfect for traveling nurses, snow birds or two adults on a long weekend get away. Parking will be in the driveway. There is no laundry in the space, but arrangements can be made for use of the units in the garage for stays of one week or longer. The main house has it's own patio, but if we are in town we may use the dock ourselves.brbrPlease be curious to our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10-pm and 7am. We have a private boat dock and 2 jet-ski docks and a swimming area. You will be staying in a stunning three bedroom house with two king beds, one queen bed and one twin. Spacious kitchen, incredible views, it doesn't get any better than this. A new gas bbq grill in place 8/11/2021. Lazy Harry's and boat ramp just a few doors down. Pet's are allowed for $75 per pet/per stay. The house is set up for 7 occupants. If you have more than 7 AT ANY TIME, it’s $50 per night per person upon prior approval. You will need to bring bedding for the extra people. Absolutely no parties!! We have a tenant in the bungalow below the house.. No different than a neighbor. You may see them, but they aren't in your space. We have off street parking for three cars in the driveway parked perpendicular to the street.
