I'm not out to take any of their business away but they seem to be booked solidly and I do less than 30-day min, I do 3 day min. So YES you can get a better price from them if you do 30 days or more!! You can also get 20% OFF mine if you stay 30+ days :)brbrThere are SMALLER units in our complex that rent for less and some say they are River View BUT have a Marina view and a SLIVER of the river between buildings.
