Tropical Sunridge Estates Large Family Pool Retreat-6 minutes to Lake Mohave!

The kids enjoyed the pool, house was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

My children and grandkids loved the property! This place was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds. We had a magical vacation this year and this place was part of it. Owner was incredibly communicative and interactive. Bring extra towels though, fourteen people, was a lot.

The house is beautiful and comfortable, We had a great time, would definitely Rent again. 👍

Wonderful home to stay in. The house was amazing, the casita was wonderful...the kids had an amazing time in the pool.

The house was freshly cleaned with even vacuum lines on the couches, which I can appreciate. The backyard has a guest house, which we didn't use but would be great for additional guests. Plenty of privacy in the backyard, as it is elevated from the rear neighbors. Great location with great view of sunset.

Our family has stayed at many VRBOs and this one is certainly in the top 3! The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for our 4 families. It smelt clean right when we walked into the home and check in was easy. The view when in the backyard is incredible! The pool and hot tub were key to us booking this property and they did not disappoint. Having a Dollar General less than 2 minutes away was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Jennifer is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Great place to stay! My family had a great time enjoying the pool after a day on the lake. Perfect for multiple families to enjoy time together with all the amenities of home. Jennifer was a wonderful host and always responded quickly to my questions.

The pool was awesome and a big hit with everyone!If I may suggest, it would be helpful to have a mop and broom available so guests can easily clean up spills or tidy the space. Had to clean the pool myself upon arrival. Removed hair, leafs, sticks and what looked to be confetti.

The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The host was responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like pool toys for the kids and well-stocked amenities. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. House was clean and everything in place. Asked host for early check in and we were notified as soon as house was ready. Will be staying there again.

This property was beautiful! We had three generations ages 6 weeks to 64 and everyone had a great time. The separate casita was perfect for the new parents and baby. The main house had plenty of room for everyone else. The pool was amazing and the host was super responsive. Loved this property so much my grandkids want to live there.

Great house, lots of sleeping beds. All pots, pans and cups. Plenty of towels! This is usually not the case with pool homes. Garage parking was a Great plus.

We had an exceptional stay , and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to the host, who was always prompt and responsive to our requests. The house was immaculate, specious and provided ample room for our group, making our visit truly memorable. The location was ideal for our family, and we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Despite the cooler weather, the children had a fantastic time playing and didn’t seem to mind the chill. We could ‘’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely return to this location.

We were in town to see our family and this VRBO was an amazing place to stay. The owner was very responsive, ensured we were set once we got there, and even communicated throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our daughters family and us (9 total) fall boating trip your property met our needs. Appreciated being allowed to park in garage use of driveway for our boat. We enjoyed the gazebo for evenings of games, swim in the pool and two evenings of BBQ, beautiful sunsets and morning coffee on patio

Needed a house to host birthday event and this location and property were perfect to get around to the river and to the casinos. Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process! Always communicating and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house is fully stocked with all the things you need and then some. We will definitely be back!

Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough! The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone. The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4. The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back. Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.

This house was perfect for our group! There was something for everyone. Between the pool, the large dining room table for playing games, the room layout, and the proximity to Lake Mohave it was a memorable trip. Jennifer, the host, was great! We look forward to our next trip!
