I'm not out to take any of their business away but they seem to be booked solidly and I do less than 30-day min, I do 3 day min. So YES you can get a better price from them if you do 30 days or more!! You can also get 20% OFF mine if you stay 30+ days :)brbrThere are SMALLER units in our complex that rent for less and some say they are River View BUT have a Marina view and a SLIVER of the river between buildings. The balcony has a bar height outdoor table and 2 chairs and spectacular views of the association marina /Colorado river. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner cook top, wall mount stove, Refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, electric can opener, Kitchen aid Stand mixer, small hand mixer, small and large crock pots, blender, 2 drawers of cooking utensils, knifes, silverware, generous set of bar glasses, and a nice counter-top. Breakfast eating bar w/3 bar stools and a dining table that seats 4. All the essential cooking tools and appliances needed to make your home away from home a easy transition. Unit has Cable TV channels to both TV's and free access to the wireless internet WIFI. Bring your river toys we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are a shared space with the main house. The upstairs main house is currently not available for rent. Perfect for traveling nurses, snow birds or two adults on a long weekend get away. Parking will be in the driveway. There is no laundry in the space, but arrangements can be made for use of the units in the garage for stays of one week or longer. The main house has it's own patio, but if we are in town we may use the dock ourselves.brbrPlease be curious to our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10-pm and 7am.
