Great 3 Bedroom House! 1/4 mile to Rotary Park, Boat Ramp, Beaches, etc..

When we first pulled in to the neighborhood It was a little bit ran down but the house was great!

The house is in an old area but very close to the Colorado River and their beautiful park! It was a daily visit for us and our dogs. The beds are the best: linens, pillows etc. TVs are Hugh in all bedrooms. And the patio is much bigger than I expected Loved it

House was exactly as advertised. Very clean! Nicely furnished kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated having access to washer and dryer! Would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for my hubby and our fur-babies 2 dachshund. Settled in like they owned the place. The hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again.

We decided to rent this place due to it's proximity to the community park for the Mayhem Motorcycle Rally. Check-in was super easy and the home had enough beds for all 5 of us. The garage was big enough to hold 5 motorcycles. The whole home was just the right size for us. The host was on top of any requests we had and took care of minor problems we encountered. All in all this house was a perfect place to come back to after a long few days of riding everyday.

We stayed for a soccer tournament at Rotary Park and it was very convenient for us.

The house was super easy for our weekend of baseball. Super close to the fields and easy to get too. The beds were comfortable and everything was great. The only problem we had was the TV was a little difficult to work, but we think maybe the remote battery was low. We weren't there long enough to really worry about it. The house was comfortable and perfectly located. Price was great as well.

The home is a beautiful and comfortable home. There were just a few things that i feel should have been in the kitchen such as foil, saran wrap, baggies. I would have loved the patio to have been cleaned up a little. Also needs dish towels and dish rags in the kitchen drawers

The house was great suites our needs perfectly. Only issue was we wanted to park our SXS in back yard but the key didn't work. Neighborhood was great no worries

Annual trip with friends and family to enjoy 3 days of golfing, a movie, bowling and good food. The house provided the comfort and convenience we needed and an atmosphere that allowed us to enjoy our time of reminiscing and laughter.

This is a great little abnb. Hostess is awesome with great communication skills. We had a seemless check-in. Found to be very comfortable , well lit inside and comfortable bed. Kitchen was dirty and towles in laundry, but no big deal. There is one charging port for phones. The garage door has no way to lock, and dog poop everywhere, we cleaned up when before our dogs went out. But all in all this is a great space in good location plenty of parking and great outdoor space. The hostess is AMAZING! Recommend 96%

Kendra's rental met all the needs for the annual river trip for myself, my husband and our friends! It was farther from our favorite beach by the dam than I would have preferred, but the drive was worth it! The home had everything we needed (although I didn't love the Keurig, but I made it work!), the beds were comfortable, and it felt so welcoming! Kendra was easily accessible and put up with my many text messages before our trip. Even though we travel with no children, the home was appropriate for kids. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area...Kendra will likely be hearing from me again next summer! :)
