While there is a bathroom with a tub on the second floor, the only shower is on the main floor, and all the bedrooms are on the upper levels. Some considerations if guests have mobility limitations.brPlease note, the home does not have central air conditioning. There are window A/C units installed in 3 of the bedrooms to help keep things comfortable. While the house sleeps up to 12 guests, the third floor can get quite warm during the peak summer months, especially when outdoor temperatures are above 75°F. We have multiple living room areas as well as outdoor lounge space, a game room with arcades and toys, and a theater room! Guests of all ages will enjoy the amenities.brbrThis space is the perfect spot for large groups, adults and kids, wedding parties, and family reunions to make some amazing memories! With its spacious living and bedroom areas, family-friendly amenities, backyard patio, and convenient location, you are sure to have an unforgettable stay!brbrThe layout:br-See the full floor plan in the pictures on the listing!br-The main floor includes 2 living rooms, dining, and kitchen with oversized island so you’ll have plenty of room to entertain. There are 3 bedrooms (all KING beds) and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as a half bath. There is also garage access and access to the backyard. The garage fits 2 cars and there is driveway parking for 4 additional vehicles. The backyard has an expansive patio and plenty of yard space. The yard is not fully fenced, as there are some area where the fence dead ends into boulders and pups could climb out. We have a propane grill as well as a Blackstone for you to cook for your group and plenty of outdoor seating.br-The lower floor includes 2 bedrooms (1 King, and 1 bunk room with 2 full over queen bunks) and a newly remodeled bathroom. There is a large game room that features a Ms Pacman head to head arcade as well as a Simpsons and NBA Jam arcade. Games, books, toys, lifesize checkers are also available for everyone to enjoy. Our theater room is set up for everyone to enjoy movies and sports, with YouTube TV provided. Laundry is also available to you with detergent provided. Starting with a toiletry bin and snacks to greet you, we hope you`ll get settled right away. There will be towels supplied for each guest and more towels located in the hallway linen closet. Also in the linen closet you will find extra sheets if needed. The sheets are made of organically grown cotton, making them extra soft and comfortable. There is an outdoor patio in the back with seating for six so you will be able to enjoy some fresh air and serenity in the outdoors.br One of the many upgrades done to this home is a new natural gas furnace and thermostat for your utmost comfort. There is also a brand new air conditioner for absolute climate control during the summer season.br You will find the kitchen stocked with all the necessities of home for enjoying in-house dining from pots and pans to silverware, glasses, mugs, and stemware. Cheers! There is a dining room table with four chairs. An additional leaf for the table is stored in a bedroom closet. There are also two extra stools available at the bar on the lower level. br On the lower level there is a rec room and a guest bedroom.
