SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT!

Great kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving meal (we brought all the toasting pans,etc). Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Great communication with the host. We would stay again.

Jeff is a lovely host. We thoroughly enjoyed his vacation rental. Nicely stocked with cookware and extra linens.

Beautiful house on the Spokane River with easy e

The location was perfect as a stay while we attended a wedding. Jeff told us ahead of time that there were some landscaping changes being made, and the Pickleball court he is adding will be a really fun addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard. All around enjoyable.

The location of this property was great, not too far off the express way, stores were close by. We got here while they were finishing construction changes to the property. The owner added living spaces to both levels to the east side of the home. The grass yard you see in the pictures is gone, having been replaced by a concrete slab for a future pickle ball court. The main living area was controlled by a thermostat in the upper level, which we didn't have access to. Fortunately, the temp was on the cool side, and we could use a gas fireplace to offset that. Plus each bedroom had heaters available. A unique item was that the master bath had a river rock basin in the shower. I found it uncomfortable to stand on, and ended up buying a shower mat to help even the surface out. The main shower was a regular flat basin with no issues there. The pool table and shuffle board were nice additions to relax with.

This house allowed us to create some wonderful family memories. The beautiful view, pool table, shuffleboard and open floor plan. Everything was available for everyday living. It is close to grocery stores in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Jeff was very hospitable to our family. We all loved it.

We came for a wedding not far from the property. It was amazingly beautiful, the owner was beyond helpful, and the games were perfect after our wedding. We will be back!

This house was absolutely beautiful. Our kids had so many fun things to do outside and inside the house. The kids would play pool and shuffleboard and then they played ball outside. They did fishing on the dock and kayaking. The place is even more beautiful in person. The owner is so responsive.

Our group of four stayed only for one night while we were traveling, but it was an enjoyable visit! The location on the water was so peaceful, and our accommodations were just right. Jeff, our host, met us to go over a few items and was extremely gracious and accessible. If we find ourselves going to the Spokane area again, we will certainly be looking this place up again!

The location is amazing. Right on the river with a dock. Lovely. The listing states it is the “entire house” but it was only the bottom floor. Not a huge issue but still…Overall a nice location and was a great place for our family.

This is a beautiful little spot on the river. We enjoyed the clean water for taking a dip on a hot day. The host is wonderful and the listing is accurate. Nice spot for family.

Beautiful property and a great location. The property has been undergoing a minor renovation and expansion which could have been why the interior condition and cleanliness were not at the level other reviews made a point of several times. Discussed with the owner and he took immediate action to ensure the next guests were walking into a spotless home. Peaceful and quiet, a perfect location if you want to relax and unwind.

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the river. I would stay again. Space wise, more than plenty for my mother and I. Loved the floor plan
