Stayed Aug 3, 2025The Cream Penny was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I. Lots of personal touches like products in the bathroom, pool toys and the place was spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was wonderful for relaxing and playing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we enjoyed cooking a few nights. Maria was a great host and very communicative. Really can’t say enough great things about the place.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We enjoyed the poolside getaway so much this weekend! Plenty of room for our party of 10. 3 bathrooms for a house full of girls was super convenient. The pool and patio were amazing and relaxing. Maria was great to work with, responded quickly, and checked in often.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We came to Spokane for EWU graduation and were happy to stay here for a few nights and enjoy the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed, with an at home feel. We found we had all we needed to prepare for and celebrate our family event. I particularly loved the unique and nostalgic parts of the decor. It was also great to be so close to grocery and food options. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 2, 2025The location and house was beautiful and clean and centrally located for access to stores and was perfect for what we were in town for, which was to attend our daughter in law’s graduation from Washington State. I highly recommend this location and house if you happen to need a place to relax and enjoy Spokane. Our host, Maria was very gracious and accommodating.
