As with most densely populated urban areas, there is diversity among Seattle locals. If a completely quiet and family oriented environment is a must have for you, the downtown area may not be the best place to stay. brbr*Our home is part of a wonderful community made up of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. Parties or gatherings in the condo are not permitted, and will be reported. brbr*An efficient portable air conditioner is available during warm weather. There is also a ceiling fan and a portable box fan. The condo is not equipped with central air conditioning. brbr*During cooler months, typically November through April, the portable A/C is not available. brbr*The pull out sofa bed contains a mattress that requires inflation. It is a combination of spring coil support with a layer of cushioned air, enclosed in a zippered encasement. Extra linens and pillows are provided. brbr*There is also a queen size air mattress you may prefer as an alternative to the pull out sofa bed. brbr*The check in method is via a call box at the building entrance. Check in is available between 4:00pm and 12:00am. Check in is not available after 12:00am. brbr*The parking space in the underground garage is best suited for compact to mid size vehicles. The assigned parking space is narrow and may require careful maneuvering. The garage door height is 6'7. brbr*All vehicles entering and exiting the garage MUST STOP AND WAIT for the garage door to close before driving away. DO NOT follow other vehicles in or out of the garage. DO NOT allow others to follow you in or out of the garage. A $500 fine will be charged to guests who violate garage door rules. brbr*This is a secured access building which includes security cameras located on the exterior doors and in the lobby. brbr*At night avoid dark and poorly traveled areas. The Austin Bell Building is secure so please avoid letting people in, be alert, and exercise caution when exploring at night.brbr*VRBO charges the host a fee to process guest payments for the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and the occupancy taxes. brDue to this fee, which is separate and in addition to a hosting fee, a $10 per night fee will be charged to guests.
