Amazing property in a very quiet and safe neighborhood!

Great house and location. Host is amazing

The host was very responsive to my inquiries and exceptionally helpful. Well recently re done from top to bottom, had everything we needed. The beds were firm, but extremely comfortable Would stay there again for sure

Timely, clear, and polite messaging with owner. We stayed only 1 night. It was comfortable and we would rent again if location makes sense for future travel and events.

Couldn’t have been better. Communication was quick and informative, house was clean, had everything we needed, very comfy beds.Host even brought me a guitar pick (stay had a guitar :-) )Nice yard for hanging out, quiet neighborhood. Well stocked house with all quality items.Would def stay again!

Great location. Had a business retreat. Great alternative to a hotel. Property management was great. Only issue…underground bee nest at entry and a spider nest in the corner by the front door.

My family and I were in town to visit my brother. We were very pleased with the property.Well maintained very clean, we were all very comfortable, just like Home, quiet neighborhood great location, great communication from our host.

The property was very clean and close to all things we needed like the city for sight seeing, the wedding venue and Sea-Tac Airport. The host was helpful and accessible. The home was well equipped and big enough for the 5 of us. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend the oroperty.was a g

This house was just as described and noted in pictures. Very clean, modern and worked well for our family. All amenities we needed were part of the rental.The patio and large backyard were perfect for outside fun. (though Seattle weather didn't cooperate.)The street was off a main road in the city so it was easy to hop on the freeway to places we visited while also being in a very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance.Our contact person was there if we needed him. We would gladly rent this home if in the area again.

The house was just as described and Aram and his team were great hosts. They were very communicative from the start and throughout my stay. The neighborhood was super quiet, the beds were very comfy and for those who care, the Internet was fast, too. Highly recommend.

Property was as advertised, centrally located and perfect for a two week stay.
