Modern studio in the heart of the city

Great apartment in the ideal Belltown area, particularly for first-timers, fantastic inclusions, great restaurants nearby, easy walking to the waterfront and Space Needle. Easy communication with hosts. We would return.

We traveled for the World Cup and hotel prices were insane. We found this wonderful accommodation and are so glad we booked it! The hosts were so communicative and helpful. The space was clean and the kitchen had so much more in it than the typical VRBOs we’ve stayed in. They had pots, pans, cutting boards, spices, I mean the works! We felt safe in the space and honestly the best part is the location. We were a 15 minutes walk from everything. We spent no money on Ubers because of its prime location. We also loved having access to a washer and drier. This may be the best place to stay in Seattle.

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown. You can walk to the Space Needle and to Pike Market if you want. If we cone back to Seattle I would stay here again.

The space was very clean and decorated well. Alex was communicative and helpful even when I already had the answer. The parking spot is very small, so when they say compact or small car, they mean it. It was great having secure parking.

Great Location in between the space needle and Pikes Place Market. Easy walk or scooter ride to touristy areas. Beware of street noise on weekends especially if you have to sleep with the windows open. Parking spot was very useful especially if renting a car to drive outside of Seattle and explore. Overall, was very clean and well equipped for anyone’s stay in Seattle.

No surprises. The location was perfect and the hosts communicated as soon as I booked and continued to be available throughout the stay (although there was no need for any assistance).

Clean place, accommodations were fine. the parking spot was difficult to get into and the key pad box to get into the building did not always work, but that is the building owners fault. Did not reach out to the host because it was not needed.

Location, location, location! The energy and hustle of a big city’s downtown and everything that comes with it. Was short walk to the main attractions downtown: Pike Place Market, Aquarium, Space Needle, and museums. The place was smartly decorated and bed was comfortable. Great view from rooftop at night. Couldn’t get in at first, but host was immediately available to help me out. The parking is very tight, but it’s free! That’s a huge plus. It’s a secure garage and they are serious about keeping the whole building secure.

If it were possible to give six stars I absolutely would. This place was perfect for the trip my partner and I took to Seattle. The location is ideal, clear instructions to get in, and surprisingly private despite being right downtown. It’s also close to the waterfront, and right in the middle of a nice variety of restaurants (and a bakery for morning coffee!). The space itself was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was actually comfortable (I’m used to sinking into beds like squishy marshmallows and this one had good support) and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. The icing on the top of the cake was the host, Alex, who was absolutely fantastic. Communication was prompt and clear, and he went above and beyond with answering our questions about places to see and things to do while we were there. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very well kept and well stocked apartment. Everything was super clean. They even had K-cups, creamers, and a selection of teas. Top notch host and property. Communication was top shelf too.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very welcoming, safe and was equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was filled with restaurants and small corner markets for groceries. Very nice

Location was excellent and the building was very secure. The condo was nicely appointed, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a single person or couple. Check in was a bit of a hassle with a vehicle because you have to go up to the unit to get the key fob before you can gain access to the garage. There wasn’t available parking on the block at the time we arrived so my spouse had to circle around a few blocks while I ran up to get the key fob. It was more than worth that minor inconvenience to have secure onsite parking! Note, parking space is very compact. It was a tight fit for our Nissan Juke. Once parked, we walked everywhere for the 2 days of our stay including Pikes Place Market and Climate Pledge arena. We never felt unsafe while walking around. Would definitely stay again.

A great little studio apartment perfectly located to so many great things to see. Minutes’ walk to Space Needle, Pike Place Market or the piers and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee, and also just a few blocks from public transit. Very cool building and I’d recommend that, unlike us, you read all the do’s and don’ts in the introductory email. The building has a LOT of HOA rules and one of the biggies is not holding the door for people without a key fob that proves they live there. We’re used to holding doors as a courtesy and just about broke rule #1 before we’d even gotten to our room! The weather was wonderful during our stay but it could get kinda warm in the room. Instead of using the portable AC, we did leave the window and sliding door open most of the time. And due to that we were able to hear a lot of the city noises night and day but that's part of of being in the middle of the city. It’s a pretty noisy area in the evenings but had no trouble getting to sleep but early mornings we were greeted with the noises of city trucks, but we’d definitely stay again. Overall we had a great time.

Place was within a few minutes walking distance from a lot of Seattles main attractions. We had an amazing time and the place was exactly as described.

My stay at this condo in the heart of Seattle was truly exceptional. The location couldn't have been better—just a short seven-minute walk to both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, with plenty of restaurant options close by. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, and having a parking spot in the city was an amazing bonus. If I came back to Seattle, I would 100% rebook at this place. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient stay!

Downtown city life with great proximity to so much. Nice to have a little parking space in this busy city center. The accommodations were terrific— a lot packed into an efficient space.

Excellent communication from host. Studio was sparkling clean & comfortable. Location was within walking distance of just about everything we were interested in. Washer & dryer was convenient to have too. 100% recommend.

Very clean and secure. Just a few blocks walk from Pikes Place Market. Use the original directions because the email welcome message sent a couple of days before our visit was missing parking instruction details. Hosts were be very helpful.

I have to admit that my country living self struggled a bit with the secured access. I glossed over the fine print and found myself having to fumble through a couple times. Remember to use the key fob for the elevator and front entrance door. Remember to leave the garage with the key fob and go back in to check out. I got locked out of the garage. 100% my fault but important to highlight. Unit was gorgeous and clean. Everything was within walking distance. Neighborhood was great! The host was understanding to all of my fumbles. My daughter had the best time on our trip.

Minor hiccup trying to get in but communication with hosts was excellent as I only had a data sim so sent message via email/app that was replied to promptly.Apartment was clean and modern. Didn't use kitchen, but it had all ammenities. Washer/Dryer extremely valuable and one of the reasons we booked. Location was spot on. Close walking distance to everything but not in the busy main part of town. Apartment is on the back end of complex so there is some buffering from street noise. Plenty of restaurants close by.Overrall, would highly recommend

Rental exactly as described, love everything about it…especially the views from the rooftop. Lots of must-see sights within walking distance, like pike place market, waterfront, space needle. Also loved the restaurants and coffee/bakery in either direction just outside front door. I would stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for walking around downtown and the owners for very responsive when we had a minor glitch checking in. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Walking distance of the Paramount, Seattle Art Museum and Chihuly Garden and Glass museum. Clean, quiet and beautiful space.

Great location and secure building!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious, clean, secure, tastefully decorated, very hip and a short walk to all the sights. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We had a problem with the keyless entry the last night of our stay and it was addressed in person shortly after our call. We will most definitely stay here again.
