Do not share the access code to anyone except the people registered on the reservation. br- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing or hairdryers. br- Four (4) reserved spots in the front parking lot are spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. The driveway can fit Two (2) standard-size vehicles head to tail or a big van, wagon, truck or trailer. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Also, only Six (6) on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions. br- Wifi speed: At least 500 Mbps. You are near everything you might need, even a convenience store across the street and lots of family-owned spots (even a brewery!)br brYour group of up to 7 guests can be spread over the 4 levels. Each level has its own personality. It’s ideal for families, work trips, and close to a stadium, concerts an many groups centralize before an Alaskan cruise. brbrBe prepared for a true loft setup with LOTS of stairs for it's 5 levels. Beds are on 4 of the 5 levels and all are comfy. Parking has a very tight turn but ample street parking surrounds it, unlike downtown or Capitol Hill. brbrYou can experience Seattle’s vibrant art energy. Despite being eclectic you'll fint it pristine and fully stocked, You'll be staying in a place that offers character over suburban standardization. My hope is that you’ll feel right at home.brbrDogs are now welcome, although I have some limits. Small to medium well trained dogs only.
