Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.brbrOur home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room equipped with a Roku, antenna and DVD Player. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom, a memory foam folding floor mattress, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. brbrWe have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! brbrThe building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. One bed with its own bathroom, remolded kitchen with living space.brbrThere is a partially covered front courtyard with a table and two chairs that are dedicated to this unit for guests to use.brbrYou can use the dehumidifier in the unit in case of Seattle raining seasons to reduce moisture since this unit is at the ground level.brbrSelf check-in anytime after 4pm.brbrThere is NO dedicated parking for guest, even many free street parking near by are first come first serve but it is found challenging for visitors to figure out rules for free parking sections. Please communicate with host on street parking tips if you do decide to drive your car and look for street parking.brbrThe hot water of this unit shares with the public laundry room in the building so you may experience short time window of not hot enough when the washing machine is in use. Normally this happens between 12pm-3pm during the day, you get plenty hot water if you can avoid the washing machine usage at the same time. brbrPlease note laundry room in the building is shared and coin-operated, please bring some quarters if you plan to do laundry during your stay, $2 for washer and $1 for dryer.brbrThe owner adds below description about the unit to help guests to know what to expect so they can enjoy their stay and happy.brbrThe building is about 115 years old so many of the constructions are still original, the insulation may not be good as today's standard, for examples, all windows with single layer glass, all window trims are original.
