CapHill 3B3B, Needle View, A/C & Free Parking

The property was great and we had a wonderful time. We loved the view and we communicated well with the owner. I would like to make a suggestion, to add a mirror in each room. Where as this was a girls trip, it was hard to get ready with no mirrors in the room!

We loved the stay. The home was well equipped with everything needed. The host answered us immediately and checked in on us. Plus, the view was just beautiful.Thank you, Annie!

Very spacious for group and nice privacy for all with bedrooms on separate floors. Plus deck is nice although limited usage for us because of weather. Hosts very easy to communicate with and having parking space almost critical on Capitol Hill if you have car which we did.

Annie is a wonderful host. She is easy t reach and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped, she had coffee, tea, sparkling water and even granola bars. Quality toilet paper and paper towels. The parking spot was convenient too. This is our 2nd year staying at Annie’s place and we will be back.

A wonderful place to stay while exploring Seattle and the surrounding area!

Great location

We had three couples and had a wonderful base to stay while we toured Seattle! This was a secure property, comfortable stay, and very responsive host!

The stay was so awesome. The only thing that was a bummer is that the filter on the fridge needs to be changed. Everything else was great.

I would stay again! Great communication! Kindness galore! Super place!Lots of stairs, but we are all young and active. No troubles. Thank you to the hosts!!!!!

We were five guests, 70. I guess we would think twice about staying in a five story house again. The condo was very clean and bright. Quiet, too. We would suggest putting grab bars in the showers. Suggest availability of non-glass drinkware when up on the rooftop. Pretty edgy neighborhood.

We travelled to Seattle for a family event. This location and space were perfect for what we needed. The host is very communicative and helpful. Just know there are a lot of stairs in this unit. Loved the location. Very clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. It was close to the rail and plenty of restaurants nearby. We had plenty of privacy and really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay in the perfect spot. 4 friends attended a conference at the convention center. This was the perfect layout with individual bathrooms and bedrooms. Host was responsive and communicated clearly. Thanks Annie!!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has everything you need, and more. Especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea selections, sugar creamer, hot water. Top notch appliances. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the skyline and space needle. Host was prompt to reply. Very comfortable stay and comes with a parking spot too. Would stay again.

The place was new and super clean. Perfect location, close to downtown and the University District where we were visiting family. Communication with the owner was great and check-in was very easy. Definitely would recommend.
