Otterly Relaxed in Seabrook, WA - large deck with private hot tub & firepit

This was our first VRBO experience, Seabrook visit and wow - impressive.

Amazing hosts and house! Perfect for our 4 kids aged 7-14. The garage with the ping pong table was a hit and they loved the hot tub as well. The house is close to everything while also very quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon.

7 of us stayed at this home for 3 nights. The house shows some signs of wear, but is very clean and has everything you may need. We did not use the game room, bbq or the fire pit, but did use the jacuzzi, which also was very clean, and a great temperature. I reached out to the owner a couple of times and she was wonderful, and responded immediately. I would definitely book here again.

We loved our stay at Otterly Relaxed. The home provided lots of space for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We loved the double sided fire place. Kitchen is well stocked to make meals. We would definitely stay again!

My hist Erin was welcoming an fantastic. I only had a issue with the Damage protection option on the Vrbo site. The button did not charge me when pushed. It took me days to get tgrough the Customers service due to winter storms. Everything eventually worked out. An i was able to enjoy my birthday celebration in the Seabrook location.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The above-garage room was perfect for the childless couple! We loved the proximity to the gnome forest and walking into town. It was great having a large covered deck area to grill when it was quite rainy.

We stayed at Otterly Relaxed to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience overall. The hosts, Erin and Gregg, were very welcoming, and communication around check-in and check-out was clear and easy. The home’s location within Seabrook is very central—especially as the community continues to grow. It’s an easy sub-10-minute walk to the main part of town, making shopping and dining convenient while still getting in a bit of exercise (so you don’t feel quite as guilty enjoying that extra drink or slice of birthday cake!).The house was clean and well appointed with the basics we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and loved being able to see the fireplace from it—such a cozy touch. A big perk is allowing three dogs as most Seabrook rentals only allow two. I can't leave one of them behind so I am thankful I don't have to here! As with many short-term rentals, there is some normal wear and tear, but we shared a few maintenance items privately with the hosts, who were very receptive and appreciative of the feedback.We try to come to Seabrook every year to celebrate my birthday and will absolutely keep Otterly Relaxed in mind for future visits!

Only 2 things to mention..room on main floor and bath were freezing could not get the heat to work and same room could use a new mattress

Our women's group really enjoyed our stay in the house. The kitchen was well appointed and there was enough room for us to sleep comfortably. One suggestion: perhaps have a small rice cooker available as well? We are mostly Asians in the group and we missed our rice (haha). There was a storm the weekend we were there and we lost power one night but there were two lamps provided so were able to finish out the night by singing and chatting till we went to bed. The house is located close enough to the town center and the beach. It rained the whole time but some of the ladies were still able to enjoy the hot tub. The hosts, Erin and Greg were accommodating and easy to reach. We will consider this place again given the opportunity.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We noticed the wear and tear over the last year. The fireplace control did not work and had to turn it on and off manually. The toilet paper holder in the adu was broken. Also, the bathtub and sink in the upstairs bathroom drain very slowly. We left a note for the house cleaner so she would know.

Nice location, friendly host. Has all amenities you need for a quiet getaway on the coast!

Good place to stay. Nice big kitchen. Living area smaller than the online pictures led us to believe. But overall very comfy house and nice area

The house is clean and stocked, which was great, and it had plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed. We missed the part in the listing that said no pool access, but ended up renting another home that had pool access with another family, so all worked out!

Seabrook itself is fabulous and Otterly Relaxed is in a great location - close to town and there is a path directly down to the beach. It has it all - size, amenities, clean bath/kitchen, decks with lots of chairs, ping-pong, guest house, games - but unfortunately needs a little TLC before we would return.*The mattresses in the primary (king) and secondary (queen) bedrooms are SQUEEKY and we - a 60-year-old couple on a romantic vacation - had to move to the bunk beds at 5 am in order to get some sleep.*The heating is either on or off - they don't cycle on/off and you can't set a temperature.*Some fabric chairs and all the carpets are quite stained and in need of a thorough steam cleaning.It is overall a great home for a casual beach getaway for a large group - just needs some attention. The owner was receptive to my suggestions, so I hope/expect some upkeep will be initiated.

Wonderful place to stay. We had such a fun time. Looking at the map it seems the ocean is far away but it’s very close, within walking distance. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful but quick weekend at Seabrook! Otterly Relaxed was the perfect house for our family trip with the grandparents. Check in was seamless, communication was easy and the house had everything we needed.

Very nice with amenities liked the s'mores quite a bitLights on wall going upstairs flashed off and on sometimes. Plenty of paper towels. And coffee. Didn't use the apartment above garage though.

Location, and home are wonderful. Was very disappointed that the outside of the home was taped off for painting. Stair carpets somewhat stained, and the bbq grill was out of propane. But overall its was a enjoyable week.

Our whole family loved our stay at Seabrook. We had a wide range of ages and everyone can't wait to go back. We enjoyed being close enough to town and the beach to walk, but still able to have quiet time at the house.

This was our second stay at Otterly Relaxed. Very cute home and works out great for a couple different families to share a place for a nice vacation weekend. We got lucky. Rain was forecasted but we had mostly dry days to enjoy walking around town and to the beach. Can't wait fornour next trip.

my whole family was immediately wowed by all the options for sleeping arrangements and emphasis on comfort and relaxing. it was a great place to take a break.

We had a wonderful stay at Otterly Relaxed. The point of our weekend away was to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect.The house was just as described, and I truly was able to relax the whole weekend. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get a fire outside. But we do get to use the hot tub, and that was amazing. I would recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful home located a short walk from downtown Seabrook and from the beach. My husband and I especially enjoyed that this home had a private hot tub and many different board games. The hosts were very quick to respond to and questions we had. The check in/out process is very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

We've been coming to Seabrook for nearly 2 decades and love finding new homes to stay in. We traveled with our young adult kids (19-25 years old) and loved the location of this home. We loved that the home had bikes to borrow and lots of games to play. It's an easy location to walk to the beach or the town center or to any of the pools.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal quick walk to the beach short walk to town and in between the indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed waking up with a coffee and the hot tub.

A fine time at the family reunion; a good time bonding with grandchildren.

Went to to Seabrook for the first time and this house was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness, the comfort…everything was spot on! From the amazing furniture outside, to the fireplace to everything needed in the kitchen….my friends and I had a fabulous time! Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a house in Seabrook!
