Welcome to your tranquil coastal retreat in Ocean Shores! Accommodating up to 6 guests, our homefeatures 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, along with amenities like a hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious private dock with tiedown cleats.

After exploring Damon Point Beach and the shores, unwind in our soothing hot tub overlooking the canal waters, or gather around the fire ring to create cherished memories. It's the perfect way to end your day in our coastal retreat, filled with warmth, laughter, and the magic of the outdoors.

Indoors, enjoy the cozy comforts of the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Relax on the plush sectional sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the Roku-enabled TV. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for personalized relaxation, and the Primary bedroom features a small office/computer desk for added convenience.

★ HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 2 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

★ PET POLICY
Any unapproved pets will incur a charge of $500. We're only able to accommodate dogs at this time, no other animals.
- A pet fee of $75 will apply per pet, per stay. If you plan to bring 2 dogs, please inform us in advance.
- We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, which is why we happily welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs to our home.
- We kindly request that you refrain from allowing your dogs on the furniture, avoid leaving them unattended, and clean up after them. Additional cleaning fees will apply for any necessary cleanup related to your pet's stay.
- We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend to our home for a delightful stay!

★ PLEASE NOTE
- There may be personnel performing routine services outdoor for exterior maintenance during your stay. They will only be outside briefly and will not enter the property.
- Ocean Shores is surrounded by wildlife, and you may encounter wild animals during your visit. Please stay vigilant and familiarize yourself with safety tips for unexpected wildlife encounters. Our home is fully fenced, so kindly keep the gates closed to prevent unwanted animal visitors.
- The garage is not accessible to guests.
- Travel Insurance: We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may require cancellation, interruption, or changes to your trip. Travel insurance may help cover non-refundable reservation costs depending on the policy selected.
