If you like music, you can sit on the patio, enjoy the tunes and people watching. Sometimes the music can be loud. brbrUnit is located on ground floor adjacent to 9th Street and a small alley. Some vehicle traffic can be heard from time to time including: garbage trucks in the early morning hours, delivery trucks and snow plows in the winter time that access the alley (Sometimes as early as 4AM during winter). This is unpredictable, and outside of our control - just part of small-town city life. brbrWeekdays tend to be much quieter (and less crowded) if you are looking for a more laid back experience. brbr**PARKING: Each condo unit in the building is assigned a SINGLE parking spot that can accommodate ONE car only. Our cleaning service uses this spot when cleaning the unit between guests, and will not be available for guests to have an early check-in or late check-out. brbrWe highly recommend traveling with ONE car only. If you are traveling with a second car, you will need to find street parking outside/around town. Parking overnight on city streets is prohibited between November 15th and March 15th each year to accommodate snow plowing. The city has installed parking meters around town, including in front of our building. This may limit the amount of time that one can park in a single spot. There is also a key hook board directly inside the front door to the right as you may not be in your normal space we want things to be easy to locate.brbr~Living Room~ The living room is spacious and inviting. There is ample seating to view the large flat-screen TV. The TV remotes will be placed near the TV on the stand for your convenience. The two chairs in the living room are comfortable. One chair is a convertible chair and the other has an ottoman for nice relaxing evenings. Our Wi-Fi router is located on the TV stand and all the information for access will be in your welcome message on booking day.brbr~ Kitchen ~ The kitchen is located on the other side of the owners closet and 1/2 bath on the main floor.
