Heart Of Downtown Leavenworth - Newly Renovated - Steps Away From Everything!

Wonderful place! Clean, spacious and very close to everything. The host was fabulous to communicate with and everything was very organized!!! Will stay again for sure!!!

This property was beautiful and lovely to stay at. Everything was pleasantly clean and the interior design provided a cozy, inviting environment for our holiday get away. The property was close to downtown Leavenworth and allowed us to have easy access to all the activities and shops. Additionally, we really liked that we could park our car in the garage and keep our vehicle safe indoors. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a lovely condo and it's close to everything. This is a great location for everything in Leavenworth and the designated parking spot is a bonus. My only tip is that you need to bring your own coffee. There is a coffee pot and filters and everything else you need for a perfect stay.

Great space in great location right downtown with garage parking included, but away from the busy front street. Beautiful space with all the amenities needed.

We've stayed here many times and keep coming back! The owners are a joy to work with, very responsive and welcoming. Their home is immaculate, well stocked and cozy. They are located in a wonderful space right in town, walkable to the river, and all the wonders in Leavenworth. Security is great - garage, access to building, etc. Underground parking is appreciated. The complex is quiet. When we visit, it feels like coming to a 2nd home - and we always can't wait to go back.

This is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy Leavenworth. Super close to the action, and super quiet at the same time. Second time staying and will always be my first choice.

First, the amenities were great. Cozy decor, spotlessly clean and a well appointed kitchen. Right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. Loved this place. Second, Lisa went above and beyond when there was a power outage in all of Leavenworth. She was so generous and caring. You can rest assured you will have a relaxed time here. Already referring Lisa's place to family and friends.

Our stay was amazing! It was our first time using Vrbo. 3 out of 4 of us are in our 70’s. The property was clean, comfortable, very well laid out, and fully stocked. We only needed to walk a couple blocks and we were in the middle of all the shops and restaurants yet we were close enough to come back and rest during the day if we wanted to. The view off our deck was breathtaking. Our host, Lisa, was very informative and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was so great being right in town. The property is beautifully decorated and very roomy for 4 people. It had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Hopefully we can stay here again!

Pros: The location simply cannot be beat. The condo is clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed (we only used the primary) and quality linens. The host was exceptional; available, communicative, and very personable. Con: Morning traffic in the alleyway is absolutely terrible. Garbage and delivery trucks are backing into the alley feet away from your head and it's loud. We were there Monday and Tuesday mornings and it started before 7am. It is possible this is not an issue on Saturday and Sunday but nearly all windows look out on to this alley, including living room and both bedrooms. If you have any plans of sleeping in, they will be foiled.

A beautifully decorated condo in a great location close to the heart of Leavenworth. Works really well if you use a walker or scooter!

Great place

This property and it's location is outstanding. Right in the center of downtown. You can park your vehicle in the secure garage and leave it there until you check out. Activities and shops are all within walking distance. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The owner, Lisa, was very accommodating and communications were prompt and thorough. A wonderful stay!

Perfect Girls’ Trip Spot!We had such a great stay at Heart of Downtown Leavenworth! Lisa was an awesome host—super communicative, and if anything came up she took care of it right away. The condo is beautiful, with comfy beds, a big jetted tub, and all the little extras you could need (loved the Costco-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!).The location honestly can’t be beat—right in the heart of town. We spent a lot of time out on the patio, sipping our drinks, soaking up the mountain views, and people-watching. It was the perfect spot for our annual girls’ trip to celebrate my birthday and my mom’s. There were four of us, and we felt safe, comfortable, and totally at home.We come every year to float the river, and this condo was the best home base yet. Already excited for next summer—hopefully we’ll get to stay here again!Highly recommend!

Lovely, convenient, comfortable apartment home in Leavenworth! Our stay was easy and enjoyable. The apartment home has many updates throughout and well stocked with all we could want. Sitting outdoors on the patio in the morning was lovely. However, the patio furniture could use a cleaning, very dusty. We would stay again!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our trip! We loved the easy access to all of downtown Leavenworth by foot, and having a dedicated parking space was a huge time-saver. It also made slipping in and out of town by vehicle a breeze.

The apartment was super comfortable and convenient. Both bedrooms were suitable for couples; the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were great. It was nice to be able to walk a couple blocks to the center of town. Lisa was very communicatif and helpful.

This was our 6th visit to this wonderful home. We love the location, right in town and also just above the river. Underground parking. The home is cozy very well equipped. AC works wonderfully - in this hot weather! Easy to come and go from town, relax and enjoy the space, super easy check in and open communication with owner. We will be back!

Beautiful place and centrally located!It was very nice to have coffee, tea and hot cocoa readily available. Only glitch was that the coffee creamers had expired in 2023Other than that we really loved the place and would most definitely stay here again.

This property is an excellent choice. Close to the action, far enough to have seclusion. Morning view is awesome with good cup of coffee, and the accommodations are second to none. You can’t miss the morning Bagel sandwiches from next door either, DANG!

We have been coming for almost 20 years and this is our favorite rental. We love everything about it and couldn’t begin to say enough good things. Already booked for next year!

The condo was beautiful and very comfy. It had all the amenities that you could want. The only thing I would suggest is to run the jets in the jetted tub at least once a week so they don't fill with gunk. We had a very good time.

This condo was warm and inviting from the second we walked in the door. The hosts make sure everything is perfect and assures that their guests are comfortable. I actually wanted to avoid the crowds and stay inside, by the fireplace, under their soft blankets with a great cup of tea!thanks for the great few days!

We stayed here for Christmas and the decor was great. It added a much needed touch for our family. The location here is absolutely the best. Can’t recommend this place enough for all aspects of a Leavenworth visit!

The only complaint I would have about the unit is the carpet. It looks like it could stand to either be replaced or a very good cleaning. The carpet is full of spots in all rooms with carpet

We loved our stay at Lisa’s Condo and will never stay anywhere else when visiting Leavenworth. It’s so cozy inside and all decorated for the holidays! We also appreciated the goodies she’s made available for guests. Our family is already looking forward to our next visit!

Very comfortable and cozy. Already booked for next year. Only negative thing was the vanition blinds had several broken fins so when opening them. Around 6 fell off.

Great location within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants in Leavenworth. Nice view of the snowy hills from the living, kitchen, dining area. A bit noisy overnight- one of the entrances to the complex is next to the primary bedroom. Not everyone observes the “quiet after 10PM” rule. The trash trucks came both Thursday and Friday morning at 4AM and were very loud. Great spot, well kept with everything you need, just don’t forget to pack your earplugs!

Lovely condo with comfortable furniture/bed. Well-equipped kitchen with fun surprise treats. Ideal location!!! I am mobility impaired and this works really well for using my walker in the condo, safely with a step-in shower with hand held shower head, and runs to shops and restaurants with my scooter.

This is one of the best condo's we have rented, and we rent them frequently. Lots of room great location close to town and the river. The only drawback is the truck traffic in the early morning. Semi and garbage trucks are backing down the alley which is adjacent to the master bedroom before the sun comes up. Obviously, the owners have no say about when the trucks come but they were there every morning we were there. Location to town was great we walked everywhere. The parking garage entrance is extremely tight as is the garage itself. I drive a 1-ton GMC pickup truck, and it was a real chore getting it past all the poles and the extremely tight turns. it would not be a problem for a SUV or a regular passenger car to navigate. Beautiful condo great location.

First time in Leavenworth. Condo was perfect. Location was perfect. Best experience I've had so far. Communication with host was great. Asked a question and got a prompt response. My Highlander had no problem parking in the garage. Will stay again on our next trip.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Leavenworth with walking ease to the downtown this is your place. If visiting on a weekend you most likely will hear music from the brewery across the street. The place is as stated. If looking for a scenic ride take the icicle road for about 10 miles. Our host was very responsive.

Convenient to downtown! Great communication from the owners beforehand and during as there was some building construction. Patio was great to relax after a day of exploring!
