Great communication with owner, very prompt with texts. Her property is located one block from downtown, and is a beautifully decorated condo. The beds are quality mattress’s that are very comfortable as well. The garage parking was great during bad weather, and gave a level of protection during a high volume weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location! Almost everything is walkable for this lovely little town. Not only is the town close by but so is the walking trail, which is right outside the condo would definitely stay here again!

Cute flat within easy walking distance of downtown Leavenworth. Flat was clean & the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely property in a unique bavarian-styled village. Spacious, tastefully decorated and provided a wonderful stay for us four adults. Thank you for making it available! If you are trying to decide, don’t pass this property up.

This was the perfect Condo for our quick trip to Leavenworth. We will definitely stay here next time. Perfect location and beautiful view! Everything we needed was at the Condo. I enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out over the river relaxing each day. .Note: Parking is snug. We have a mid-sized SUV and managed OK. But anything bigger would be difficult in the garage

This was a wonderful place to stay for many reasons. It was only two blocks from downtown but also close to the Riverwalk so it was quiet. I was struck with how updated and attractive it was when we walked in the door. It had a very clean and new feel to it. The kitchen was easy to use and even had a very updated refrigerator with access to water and ice on the exterior door of the refrigerator. Another amenity was charging stations on the kitchen counter and each of the bedrooms for electronics. It was quite cold in the winter, so it was nice to go down to a car that was not sitting outside and therefore warmer and not snow covered. Though there was no snow this year. in the summer it would keep your car from sitting out in the heat. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and took seriously trying to make their guests understand what was available to them and be helpful if issues arose. They emailed several helpful documents prior to our arrival date. We highly recommend and will be looking forward to hopefully enjoying this rental in the future.

Leavenworth Condo: Great Location, but Needs More CarePros: The location is the biggest highlight. Being right in town is incredibly convenient for walking to shops and restaurants without needing to drive.Cons: Privately owned stays can be hit or miss, and this one was unfortunately so-so. There were some maintenance issues that should have been addressed before we arrived.Sleep Quality: The furniture is okay, but note that the guest room only has a full-size bed. The biggest issue was the light—the outdoor hallway lights are very bright at night, and the slatted blinds were not enough to block them out. Blackout blinds are definitely needed here for a good night’s rest.Kitchen/Supplies: Hospitality felt lacking; for a three-night stay, we were provided with only one coffee pod and a small container with about a quarter-cup of oats left in it. Make sure to bring your own supplies.Final Thoughts: If you value location above all else, this works, but the property needs better attention to maintenance and basic hospitality to truly be guest-ready.

Great place! Walking distance to everything and a designated parking space in the garage were both a huge plus!

We cant begin to tell you how wonderful this place is!! It was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! We had tolietries in both bathrooms so I didnt even need to use mine. We loved it so much!! The only small downside was the fireplace was not working. A big part of why i rented this place was for the fireplace. We were dissapointed but the mountain views and the location made up for it by far!!! The location was within walking to the village and everything around. Loved this place!!!!! Highly recommended! It made our first Leavenworth experience amazing!!!!!!! Thank you Will!!!

The location was good. I wish there was more holiday cheer. The many codes and passwords was a little tricky to navigate. The outlets in the bedroom did not work very well. We did like the patio and the furniture on the patio.

Location was outstanding and the condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Would love to book this place again on our next stay!

We had a great time

Though we enjoyed the stay and visiting Leavenworth, I’m conflicted with all the cleaning that’s required when we are already charged a cleaning fee. Garbage, dishes, sheets, towels… Also I’ve stayed in a few of the other condos in this building and this was by far the lowest quality. Furniture wasn’t comfortable, things felt very worn down, water filter had a red light that indicated needed to be changed, and a the towels looked dirty.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was gorgeous with amazing views and just a wonderful location. Highly recommend and we will be staying again!

The Condo was a lot bigger than expected also very quiet considering it was Oktoberfest. Master bath was huge! Location was excellent. Within a block or two of EVEYTHING, but not on the main street. The views of the mountains from the deck was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice location, walking distance to shopping and river.

Parking was convenient, location was great for accessing the best parts of town, it was clean, easy to navigate electronics and utilites, overall a wonderfull place to stay!

Our 8th year staying in this condo. We love it. Great location. Always clean. We had a minor problem with parking-someone else was in our space ( parking garage with your own reserved space!!!) and Will took care of it right away. Will & Penny are wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to come again. One drawback that has nothing to do with the condo - Leavenworth’s parking situation. They installed parking meters everywhere a couple years ago & updated them this year. But they don’t accept Apple Pay. So we got a ticket. The payment app really should have the most up-to-date technology & be much more user friendly.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for! So close to town without trekking 1 million miles to get back to your bed. It was surprisingly quiet with neighbors & night life. We loved this place & can't wait to go again.

Fantastic location - right in the downtown area and also right by the river so walking trails and river access was easy. Aircon was extremely effective. Bedrooms comfy, liked having the deck and furniture to enjoy outside when it wasn’t too warm. Loved having parking downstairs as well. Hope to stay again.

Excellent, clean condo! We had a great stay! It was great to park the car in a secured garage and walk to everything! Very comfortable! It was very hot and the condo was nice and cool! The TV/Cable system is kind of confusing but the directions helped. There were some discrepancies in times for check-in (and instructions for check out) from the listing to the email received, and the book in the condo after we got there, BUT when I reached out to the owner she was quick to respond with the correct check in time and was very helpful!

Location, Location, Location! Steps away from downtown. Beautiful condo, clean and quiet

The AC and Bathroom ceiling vents were FILTHY. No night like worked, the carpet was filthy, ONE Kleenex box in the living room. No screen door to the balcony, you could hear everyone upstairs and next door, the bedrooms were both located on the walk way to all walking traffic, and there was a very loud generator noise ALL night long. The living room coffee table was way beyond shabby sheek! And a 10am exit is not standard anywhere. And washing bedding is unacceptable - we take vacations to be pampered!! But not in this facility!!!!! Yes we have photos but do your own inspection!

Great condo with wonderful amenities

We were in Leavenworth for the International Accordion Celebration. It was great to stay in town within walking distance from the events in the Gazebo and Festhalle and also enjoyed morning walks at Waterfront Park. The unit was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. It was so convenient to park in the condo’s garage and easily walk around town. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a lovely condo conveniently located in town. Be advised that there are multiple door/elevator codes to keep track of (and the elevator is sensitive about how you push the buttons, which can be frustrating until you get the hang of it). There are few homey conveniences in that there is absolutely nothing in the pantry, even non-perishables like seasoning, except a few teabags in one cabinet, nor spare toiletry items or anything (I don’t remember so much as a hair dryer, but I could be wrong about that) that I’m accustomed to having in a vacation rental. This may be different during the peak winter season?The property is advertised as having Queen beds, but it felt awfully small and may have actually been a Full/Double bed? The shower stall is also quite cramped with few places to put toiletries, which would be difficult to navigate if you are a larger person.There was a bit of a check-out to-do list compared to other stays: taking garbage down to dumpster, running dishwasher, stripping beds and starting a load of laundry.It was a nice place to stay on the whole on our short trip, but I probably would not choose it for a longer visit where I plan on cooking.

Great condo in ideal location! It is also very secure with codes necessary to run the elevator and doors. The combo lock to the unit is persnickety and took me a few times to open and lock each time. The parking garage is great but if you have an extra car like we did, parking could be a problem, so try to only bring one car. We enjoyed easy access to nice restaurants and fun shops. The balcony is a comfortable space for relaxing and people watching.

The location was great, off the beaten path of town so not too noisy. But close enough to walk anywhere. Also, owners were prompt and easy to work with when we arrived and someone was parked in our spot. They were able to remedy the situation quickly. Would stay again.was parked in our spot.

We were in town for just a couple of days, traveling with family who were visiting from Colorado. The building was secure and clean. Parking was easy and the location couldn't be any better.

Very nice apartment. There was a bit of a learning curve with elevator code and front door but fine if you are patient and read the instructions. Garage was great. We had a regular sized car. It was tight for larger SUVs but they managed. Overall, a great place to seat.

It was better than expected. The place is perfect for 2 couples, the kitchen is so spacious & has everything you need. We all were so comfy & cozy the fireplace is adorable. The 2 full bathrooms were great, beds were also comfy! Bonus having shampoo, conditioner & good soap. We ended up spending more time at the condo because the patio was so comfy and the view was so beautiful!! We will always come here if it’s available!!

We walked in and were blown away at how awesome this condo was! The decorations added to the charm. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We did not need anything. They even offered both a Kureg and coffee pot. The property is really conveniently located near downtown and the park/river. We would definitely stay here again!!

Property is not on Front Street but is in walking distance. It was good to have the option of cooking or eating out. Dan's Grocery store is in walking distance. Parking is super tight tho. Beautiful view of the river.

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving break and we had an amazing time. The condo was just as described online and perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The parking garage was a huge plus and the location was great. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we can't wait to come back for another visit!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Leavenworth with an amazing view of the mountains

We were in town for a family party just outside Leavenworth. We basically needed a place to go crash at the end of the night! So although we didn't use the condo to its full potential, we were very pleased with the accommodations! We loved the convenient location and walkability! It was definitely a bonus to have a secure parking garage with a designated parking spot! Despite a tight fit for SUV, we were thankful to have a designated (and guaranteed!) place to park at the end of the night! The condo was well appointed with anything you should need during your stay. Great eat in kitchen with bar seating. The beds were comfortable and clean! Perfect location if you are looking to be close to the action and the activities that Leavenworth has to offer!

The condo is well furnished, spacious, clean and inviting. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's so nice to have the parking garage when space is at such a premium. Owner communication was great. I would love to stay here again!

This condo was perfect! Not only was it beautiful, but super clean. The beds were even comfy. The location made it even better. Walking distance to all of Leavenworth's attractions. to offer.

The house is great for location. The outdoor patio furniture is very worn out and falling apart, would love to see some new furniture as it’s nice to hang on the porch. The couch inside needs cleaned as we needed to put a blanket over it to cover the smell. Other than that the place is fine. Good location and price is fine. Just needs a little TLC. Would stay again if other units were not available as location is awesome and beds were good.

Can't get a better location than this and was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable and clean and awesome to have parking.

Overall the condo was fine for our needs but the carpet at a minimum needs to be cleaned or even better would be replaced - there were many stains on the current carpet. The couch should also be replaced and perhaps a sectional which would provide more comfortable seating for 4 people would be a good idea. The patio furniture was also very dated and needs updating. The kitchen was nice however the oven may need to be replaced as it did not seem to be accurate on temperature. If some updates were done I would stay at this condo again, but likely would not if no updates are done as I have stayed in much nicer properties in Leavenworth for the same price. The location to town was for sure the biggest plus of this unit.
