The outdoor deck is a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. There is a gas grill available. If it gets too warm there are two air conditioners to keep the indoors cool. They are set to come on at 68 degrees, and the downstairs fireplace is set to turn on at 65 degrees, so the inside temperature is always pleasing. With 4,400 square feet, there is plenty of space to spread out. Feel free to bump the temperature up if needed. Please keep windows and doors closed to keep the air conditioners working effectively.brbrEverything about the floor plan brings joy, there is something for everyone. The curved breezeway leading to the hot tub is a purely magical experience. Each of the four bedrooms in the lower level have queen sized beds. All bedding and towels are provided. There is an additional fold out sofa, queen size futon, and a baby play pen with removable bassinet & changing table. There are four full bathrooms available, keep in mind they are on a septic system so only small amounts of toilet tissue can be flushed.
