Enjoy Sweeping Views of the Pastoral Countryside & Cascade Mountain Range from every corner of Iz’s Ridge - a private, shy 10 acre Estate. Looking out the windows feels like being in a painting! Six miles from downtown Enumclaw, close to many amenities including the White River Amphitheater and the Muckleshoot Casino. Only one hour from Mount Rainier. For avid skiers, Crystal Mountain and the Summit at Snoqualmie is only an hour away in either direction.

There is a full kitchen, three fireplaces, two washers & dryers, Roku or Blu-ray on the television with surround sound, and a baby grand piano! The outdoor deck is a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. There is a gas grill available. If it gets too warm there are two air conditioners to keep the indoors cool. They are set to come on at 68 degrees, and the downstairs fireplace is set to turn on at 65 degrees, so the inside temperature is always pleasing. With 4,400 square feet, there is plenty of space to spread out. Feel free to bump the temperature up if needed. Please keep windows and doors closed to keep the air conditioners working effectively.

Everything about the floor plan brings joy, there is something for everyone. The curved breezeway leading to the hot tub is a purely magical experience. Each of the four bedrooms in the lower level have queen sized beds. All bedding and towels are provided. There is an additional fold out sofa, queen size futon, and a baby play pen with removable bassinet & changing table. There are four full bathrooms available, keep in mind they are on a septic system so only small amounts of toilet tissue can be flushed. Please make sure everyone understands.

The yard is fully fenced and gated so dogs can run free. There is a chicken coop boasting 4 dozen eggs a week, and the hillside pen currently hosts seven goats, a black sheep! A nice walk down the driveway takes you to the lower fields where there are breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. All pets are welcome, please list specific needs in advance.

If creating art is an interest of yours, welcome to Art on the Farm! I offer daily sessions on the pottery wheel, landscape painting, fused glass and much more. The two outdoor studio garages are off limits unless a session is specifically reserved, I would be glad to accommodate. Sign up here: https://calendly.com/artonthefarm

This is an inspirational place to document and create. Viewpoint Gallery boasts various sizes of photos and artwork available in every room to purchase that have either been taken or created on the property. Feel free to purchase and take home souvenirs!

We live on site (far away, down in the field) to tend the animals daily and will be available to assist with any issues that may arise. Art sessions are scheduled from 11am on, aligning with checkout. Between 11am and 4pm each day I will conduct art and pottery lessons - with scheduled students outside of your Vrbo rental - in the studio garages attached to the house, as well as complete any maintenance requested inside the residence, just ask. I know that once you visit, you will want to come back! The sunrises over the Cascades are breathtaking, and hot air balloons are a common sight in the summer.

I have set the limit for all celebrations and events to 25 people out of respect for the community. Carpooling is recommended, extra parking is available in the field. The noise ordinance begins at 10pm, and last drinks are served at 8pm. I welcome a good time, not a raucous one. Fines will be set for any issues that may arise, and I will halt events if needed.

There is an ice maker on the counter next to the freezer. Please use it instead of the freezer ice maker.

Please contact me with any questions you may have, and welcome!

Miss Iz

PS. All three hot air balloons were out this morning! Enjoy this beautiful day! https://www.facebook.com/AndersonHilltopMountainViewEstate

This is a beautiful home in an idyllic setting in rural Washington. Enumclaw is a nice small town nearby with a number of very good restaurants. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. It’s a perfect place to get away. You’ll need a car to get around and you’re 45 minutes from Seattle without traffic. (Something never seen.) We loved it.

This place is amazing and with stunning views. We had it reserved for my daughter's quinceañera celebration and we all had a great time and my daughter had a blast. The house, the animals, the balcony, the available space to accommodate 140 guests can't beat anywhere else. Our host Elizabeth she is so incredible amazing, understandig, flexible and she made my party planning much easier for being so accomodating specially when you have family coming from out of state.Totally recommend this place, had so many good compliments about the property from family and friends, they loved it and the kids had enough space for not being bored and lots of board and card games were available. Thank you Liz for making my daughter's day more special by having your amazing place, will definitely not be rhe last time. We, for sure be back.

This is a special and unique property. It is very accommodating for larger groups and has every imaginable amenity. The owner is gracious and quickly responds to any queries. The house is very spacious and feels more like a home than a rental. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located. It was reasonably priced considering the size and quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if need arose.

We rented this beautiful and spacious home for our son and his fiance to host a rehearsal dinner and to house the large wedding party of family and friends the night before the ceremony. It was a perfect place for a buffet meal for 30. Our host set up three picnic tables in the grassy area overlooking the beautiful farm and the Cascade Mountains. The taco buffet provided by the New York Catering Company, Enumclaw was set up on the large deck. The sleeping accommodations for the group of 14 adults were wonderful! The great room was a cosy place for the bride and bridesmaid to gather and reminisce. The spacious primary suite was a perfect place to gather for hair and makeup. The four bathrooms were a must! Izzie, the host, was more than accommodating! She allowed us a pre-event visit to the estate so that we could see first hand how to plan for our guests in the wedding party. We left feeling like family! It was a wonderful experience. I can see our family gathering here for a reunion in the future!

It filled my heart to be able to love on them. We all had the best time! Went downtown to enumclaw during the day for shopping and lots of hanging out in the home. Definitely recommend!!

We came to celebrate husband’s birthday with friends—everyone had enough space/bathrooms and the common area was great for cooking, lingering, visiting and board games. We played croquet around the yard, took day trip to Rainier. Hosts were very communicative and welcoming. We didn’t have to go check out art classes this time, but will consider building in if we are so lucky to return!

This was a beautiful property but it is definitely someone's home and they are close by and come on property regularly to feed chickens, goats, even gave us notice that there would be an art class in one of the garages one day. This large property was plenty of space for 5 couples and 2 small children however all but 1 room (the master) is down a steep flight of stairs - just an fyi. It seems like the owners just move out for rentals. There are clothes and such in all the closets, even dirty laundry in the laundry room hamper - just sheets and towels but seemed weird. The pantry was full of their food, so much so that there wasn't really anywhere for our food, except on the counter. Fridge doors were even full of condiments and such. The biggest turn off we had was some of the artwork on the walls. Upstairs it was just risqué, but downstairs it was down right inappropriate. Probably not a big deal for a group of adults but I wouldn't want my grandchildren staring at them and asking questions... Seemed a bit much for a vacation rental. Kitchen had adequate accomodations. We had an unseasonably warm weekend while we were there and getting the house cool was difficult. No screens on any windows to keep the flys out and the one AC for the house froze over trying to cool the house down. Master had its own AC which worked well but no vents in downstairs bedrooms. All that being said it really is a beautiful house, and the owners are very nice, and responsive.

We were in town for a wedding nearby. This property provides such a relaxing environment. We were all comfortable and happy during our stay. Elizabeth was a wonderful host-answering questions when needed and helping us not miss the hot air balloons! So cool! I would stay again in a heartbeat. We all would!
