When the lake is at its fullest, the canal is approx. 10-12 feet deep, this can change depending on the winter snow fall from the previous winter and is not always guaranteed. Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more information. brbrbrPARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS: brParking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate a maximum of four vehicles.
