Lakefront Haven: Pet-Friendly Home, Hot Tub, Flat Grassy Yard

Excellent!

Patio chairs splitting. Dirty windows. House not that clean. Views, location were beautiful and access to lake was fabulous. We found 3 chairs in the water under the dock. Not sure when some renter lost them but we pulled them out. In ok shape.

This rental property is great! Very well appointed...we lacked for nothing.

My friends and i had a great time staying here, there was a fruit fly problem at first, it got better, it was obvious that it has been a problem in the past, there was also alot of dog hair on the floor, not a big problem but if somone is getting paid to clean that should be swept up, also just to let you know that the outside chairs are starting to break down due to the weather.

Beautiful and quiet house on Lake Chelan. Loved our stay. Had a great time swimming off the dock and visiting nearby wineries.

We stayed at this property with a large group and appreciated how spacious it was—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location right on the water is definitely the main highlight, and it worked well for our group’s needs.That said, the house itself lacks charm. The decor is dated and mismatched, and there’s no real curb appeal beyond the lakefront setting. It just doesn’t feel very inviting or thoughtfully put together.We also had some cleanliness issues upon arrival—the floors were noticeably dirty, and there were quite a few dead gnats in the window sills. We contacted the property manager, who offered to send a cleaner during our stay, but we declined since we didn’t want someone coming in while all our belongings were there. After we requested it, they refunded the cleaning fee, which we appreciated, but it would’ve been better if that had been offered up front.Overall, the house works well for big groups who prioritize space and location over aesthetics or attention to detail.

All good except for fruit flies. Never been here this late in the summer.

We're a older group of seniors that come over to the Chelan area 'every' year and rent a place.........so have a bit of experience. This is a wonderful location on the lake with great view and deck to enjoy such. The interior is good for larger groups and worked for the most part. What didn't work was the master bedroom; the adjoining marina had a very loud clanging noise throughout the night.[and day].....even with earplugs, it was 'bad'...also, the room was very warm with only two small vents for the air conditioning........sorry, this room was not good. Last, the BBQ was a mess.......we spent some time cleaning before we could use it......needs to be done after each stay!

Eight family members stayed for a week in August 2024. The lake house my sister and I used to stay at in the 1960s was just a few houses away, so we consider this part of the lake the best part! The house was clean, well appointed, and coddled us. Everyone loved jumping off the boat dock then racing to the hot tub! The grass yard was spectacular. Just a wonderful place!

This was our 8th year on Lake Chelan. We rented both houses, and this was by far our best trip. We all had rooms and bathrooms, perfect for a big group. The grassy backyard was perfect for cornhole and other games we brought. The property manager was awesome and always returned my text within minutes. Great place, we will be back!!

Property was clean, well-maintained and right on the water. There is a new dock here too, not pictured. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room here for all including our pet. Fishing right off the dock produced beautiful trout and Walleye - fun to catch too! Everything we needed for our stay was here, from the well-stocked kitchen, to BBQ propane. I will add too it was very hot here and there was a nearby wildfire, so the HVAC was nice as well. Great place, great location. Mooring buoys for your boat and ok too to pull alongside the dock or bulkhead to load up.

We had a great stay and the house accommodated us well with my sister's family being in the house next door. We played Crossnet in the yard by the lake which was perfect and had a great time. The lake was low and the water cold which is typical for this early in the season. We had an issue with the septic system and the response was quick and efficient. The staff who came to the house were very nice, thoughtful, & efficient. The primary bedroom had an unusually soft mattress that was not comfortable, but all the other beds were good. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this house.

My friends and I booked this place for a weekend getaway. It was beyond perfect! Very spacious for us all. The table provided a great place to play games, laugh, and reminisce around. The lakefront property was spectacular. Having a hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!
