In-Town Escape: Pet-Friendly, Hot Tub, 3-Min Walk to Don Morse Park (waterfront)

The house location is great except there is a lot of road noise and headlights shine in at night. The house is older but has a few updates. When we arrived there were wet smelly towels in the kitchen drawer and a sheet on the master bed was wet. Host replaced right away with was great! However, we didn't realize until later that the dishwasher was never ran prior to our arrival so we had to do that. The counters were sticky and dirty, crumbs left in/on the couch. The shower curtain liner was very scummy and there was a clump of hair stuck to the shower wall. Around the tub and toilet was dirty and looked as tho it wasn't cleaned in quite awhile. I would suggest maybe new cleaners and a really deep clean of the house and washable shower liner. Also if guests have pets suggest removing the rugs as there are stains on the underside. The mattresses are firm but comfortable for our 50 year old bodies.

Great location to town, great price, and clean. Being right up against a busy road and the AC not working very well was a bit of a downer, but we were gone most of the day. Communication with host was very good and check in was seamless and easy. The yard was well maintained and the flowers and shrubbery were beautiful

Overall great property. Great little location close to downtown. Just what we need it for our pre-weddings stay and then wedding night.

The property is well maintained and clean with all modern amenities. The hot tub was a great addition to relax in at the end of the day. The location itself is centrally located and you’re really close to the beach, park, and downtime attractions. I had a few questions for the property manager and they responded promptly.I recommend this listing for all ages from infants to adults and will certainly be looking to repeat my stay next year.

Overall it was great. The wifi name didn't work but we figured it out and let the property manager change the info in the instructions. There was a lot of trash and debris behind the house and a concrete wall. Again, the property manager promptly had men come and clean it out. The yard is beautiful with heirloom roses and a lot of other plants. Location was good but it is on the main street going up the north side of the lake, so getting out of the driveway was a little tricky at times.

They stay was very nice and comfortable.

In spite of the phenomenal amount of traffic on the street we enjoyed out stay immensely.

The home was clean and kitchen well stocked. When there was an issue with the grill the owner had a new grill out to us within 15mins.

This is a bit of a dated house (drafty doors and windows), but it is close to town and has everything you would need for a nice stay. We would stay again.

The Parkview House was centrally located and within walking distance to many places in Chelan. House is very comfortable. Despite being next to the road there was little noise in the house and no issues with noise when sleeping. House is well equipped with everything we needed for a stay. Management was quick to reply to any messages. We would enjoy staying here again.

We were visiting Chelan for a family reunion taking place at the Lakeshore RV park. This was the perfect location for us, as we could just walk across the street and get to the lake and RV park easily. The property was clean, access was simple, and the kitchen was well equipped.

We stayed here to have a celebration of life for my father in our old neighborhood. It was the perfect place. Everything was wonderful.

Enjoyed the home. was very comfortable. It wasn’t quiet—between barking dog; people working on a deck close by and Road noise…. But all in all a good place to stay.

It was great but the grill did not work. The master bath exhaust fan is very loud.

Well stocked and super clean! Also the bathtub was deep and comfortable! My daughter didn’t want to leave.

This is my second year staying at the Parkview House. It is good location, with easy access to town. Everything was great and the couple packs of coffee saved us until we could get to Safeway!!
