Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the temperature was 76 degrees and maintenance employees were in the unit working to fix the AC. They left, and a few hours later the temperature had not changed. We called maintenance again, they said the heat pump hadn't been turned on and that it should work. The temperature never got below 76 degrees overnight, so we called and left a message with maintenance the next morning. We never received a call or visit during our stay. We kept the blinds closed the entire visit, which helped keep it from getting warmer, but it was not a pleasant environment. The unit was clean and organized, and the proximity to the pool was great, but would not stay here again.

An added plus that this year we got engaged at The Lookout Park on the second night of our stay. The Lookout is a summer vacation we look forward to every year and now it's even more of a special place for us.

The home is very nice, well maintained, beds are comfortable, 3 full baths is a dream for a girls trip. The pool is right next to you and you’re treated like royalty in that community. Will for sure be back!

Reviewer Comments: ProsThe house was very cleaned and stocked, even an easy to clean high chair and kids life vests. Great for a family with small kids very close access to pool which was really nice with small children!Nice amount of towels for pool and shower Comfy beds Con’s: The water pressure isn’t greatNo garbage disposalBlack out curtains for upper portion of windows was cut-out cardboard you could put up, but when we did it falling down - maybe time to just hang some blinds. This is adjacent to a grassy area but it’s dog friendly so the grass is where people let their dogs go to the bathroom.

What an amazing home! Our girls’ getaway weekend was the best. The location was perfect. The amenities were beyond our expectations. We love it and will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Girls mid week October wine tasting trip included a stay at Chelan Awhile. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with radiant ceiling heat in the afternoons and close proximity to the community hot tub was a bonus. Kitchen was small but we made successful dinners both nights. Peek a boo views of surrounding hills were nice. Window coverings in house were cheap, and little things like bathroom shelf not in studs and no suitcase stand in one bedroom were not up to the Lookout quality we are used to. Had to work with resort staff twice on gate/house access and they were very friendly and responsive both times.
