The owners completed 99% of the work themselves and are so glad to be done!brbrThe main entry door opens into the living room, kitchen and dining room. This level also features a deck with bbq and outdoor dining table. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms is right across the hall from the bathroom on this level.brbrThe entire upstairs is a large bedroom suite. There is a seating area, an attached bathroom and a large closet. There is a door that opens out to everyone's favorite place - the huge rooftop deck. The views are incredible no matter what time of year or day. There is a bunch of comfy seating and a gas firepit. No better place to watch the sunset. Full disclosure - there is no door at the top of the stairs to close off this suite.brbrThe house and decks are not child friendly. Please be sure everyone in your group is at least a teenager.brbrThe beach access path is nice and close and the kayaks are ready to go!

Off of the formal living are two deck spaces, one as the front door entrance and another to the side—offering a gas grill and seating. You will also find a bedroom/office space (twin with trundle), a dining room (seating for 8), a gas fireplace, a well equipped kitchen for all cooking and dining needs, and a full bath.brbrLocated up stairs is a bunk room, the master (king bed) bedroom and a lovely half bath. It almost feels reminiscent of a lighthouse looking out of the master bedroom window. It’s my personal favorite spot in the home.brbrWe are currently outfitting a game room in the garage. Kids and adults already love it—air hokey, basketball, etc. It is accessible to guests as it is although it is not completely finished.

There is also a nook with a twin bed and a trundle.brbrThe full bath is conveniently located. The half bath is just off the biggest bedroom, but also accessible from the hallway where the washer and dryer are.brbrThe path to the beach is just down the street. When the tide is out, it is a very nice walk to Cama Beach State Park. They have boats to rent, activities for kids, a cafe with terrific breakfast and lunch and tons of trails. You can even get to the other state park from there! So much to do on Camano Island.

Just off the living area, you'll find a furnished deck with a gas grill, with a soaring view high above the neighbors and trees - ideal for summertime cookouts or just sitting and watching sunsets.brbrThere are two queen sized bedrooms on the main level plus a full bathroom. The lower level includes laundry facilities, a bunk bedroom, a three-quarter bathroom, and recreation room with overstuffed seating, a work from home setup, foosball and a large projection screen TV. This is a full light lower level with views of the water as well.brbrWe are a small dog friendly home. We allow for one dog under 50 lbs to join you during your stay with us ($50 pet fee for the stay). Please observe our house rules of keeping your dog off of the furniture and beds, as well not leaving them alone in the house. We will provide dog bowls, poop bags, and carpet stain remover for any accidents. All dog poop must be picked up and disposed of properly. A $50 fee will be added upon check out if dog poop is not picked up. Additional cleaning charges will also be assessed if dog excrement is not cleaned up inside our home. brbrLarge backyard that is professionally maintained.
