Unique Camano Cabin w/ Mountain + Water Views

Nice getaway from the normal hustle.

This was an incredible stay on Camano Island! An absolutely adorable A-frame cabin with the perfect amenities. Every autumn and winter, my friend and I rent a cabin, go out there, cook good food, watch some horror films, and do some crafts - and this place was absolutely perfect for that. The view from the cabin is incredible - the water in the distance. But more than that, I think all the touches Colleen put into the cabin easily made it our favorite place to stay. She gave a booklet that advised you on how to turn on everything, little quirks that came with the place (as they do in all houses). She had little labels so you knew right away where to find things, and she also left plenty of advice on where to go and what to do in the area. We gave a try to a restaurant she recommended and it was INCREDIBLE. Also, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. I can't recommend this enough, it was lovely!

We really enjoyed this A-frame cabin with its cozy gas fireplace and view of the water and trees. It really had everything we needed with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a delightful seaside decor.

Very cozy, and clean cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck while enjoying the fire pit. Our pup enjoyed it as well. I have to say this is the most organized cabin we've stayed in. If you have a question, there is a label to answer your question by the item you are questioning. The view is pretty from the deck, but a short walk down to the private beach is beautiful! The neighbors are quiet and we felt safe. Thank you!

The cabin was cute and clean. Great directions, host readable available and responded quickly. There is traffic noise but a sound machine and ear plugs are left for guests. Nice to have beach access and a kayak available.

The cabin was great for what we needed. Everything was labeled so well, so we could find everything we needed. I loved how secluded the cabin felt. We had an incident two days into our six day stay, when the next guest thought they had booked the cabin during the days we were there. The next guest had the door code to get in. We were at the cabin when this guest tried to get in. My husband was able to get a hold of the house manager and settle the issue with the guest. Unfortunately, this spoiled our stay for the rest of our time. We were staying with our two year old daughter, and we felt unsafe in the home. We blocked the door at night and had my husband sleep in the bedroom downstairs. Besides the initial call to the manager when this incident occurred, we never heard from her again, nor was the door code changed for our safety. It would have put us at ease if there were additional steps taken to ensure our safety.

I booked the cabin on Camano Island for my husband and his son, and they spent 3 nights there. It looked just like the photos and had pretty much everything they needed. They especially enjoyed the deck with water views. It was very clean and comfortable. I'm not giving it 5 stars due to the very loud traffice noise that went on even thru the middle of the night. Granted, it did mention the noise in the listing, but it was even worse than they thought it would be. The cabin is on a very busy road, with traffic at all hours of the day and night. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided, but still was loud. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to look elsewhere.

My family enjoyed this place. Lovely location, cozy atmosphere. Nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Very nice stay at the Camano cabin! Great view, nice kitchen, fantastic patio!

This was such a cute cabin with a lovely deck close to a variety of beaches. The owner is a real gem - responsive and clear and the property was neat and tidy. Due to an unexpected heat wave, the first night was rough (no a/c)…luckily my friend brought a high-powered fan to help in the loft. The owner was kind enough to provide ear plugs for evening traffic and the kids had a fantastic time.

Overall great place. Comfortable and everything was as promised. Nice water view. Only drawback is the road noise of the upper loft. Just does provide earplugs and a white noise machine (couldn’t get it to work thought). Still a nice place and I would return

Our family loved this cabin, especially the deck and the proximity to 3 great beaches. House was well stocked with everything we needed, plus we appreciated the detailed information about the house and the nearby area. Would definitely rent again! Missing that lovely deck already.

This was the second time we stayed at this cabin. We already plan on staying again next year for Glass Quest 2026. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Super cute decore, beds were comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and cozy Camano Cabin! Colleen was behind helpful! She even kindly ensured that we got an early check-in, which was very helpful for us! The only struggle and I think it might’ve been user error, was their fireplace. On our last night, we couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on. The downstairs was a hit chillier w/ just the regular wall heater on. We would definitely come back and stay there. It was a perfect place for my husband and I and our little chihuahua Louis!

The property was in a beautiful setting with a view of the ocean. Im not used to neighbors as close as they were but it was a quiet neighborhood which we tried to maintain also. The house was well appointed with most everything you'd need to prepare a meal, just be sure to purchase cooking spray and plastic wrap or tin foil if they are going to be needed. And definitely don't attempt the driveway from a right hand turn, being there I can see why those instructions are given.

Myself & spouse spent a milestone bday here & loved everything about this cabin! It's just the right size to be cozy for 4 (which is us + 2 dogs), and you can fit a few more in if you have them. Excellent use of space. All the amenities, including a wonderful fireplace/TV/reading room where you can also see the incredible view (but why not step outside to the view deck with firepit where the view's even better!); fully stocked kitchen; spacious loft with king bed; and comfy queen in downstairs bedroom. Shower's big with great water temp and pressure. Storage is labeled which makes things so easy to find! Even more we didn't use much, including indoor & outdoor games. (See my comments about how we like to read, watch TV, take in a nice view...)) One small caution on the location: there is some road noise, and one neighbor likes their music and news rather loud! But that just happened once with the neighbor, and the road noise did not bother us. We also appreciate the reasonable pricing, and consider it a bargain for this 5-star * * * * * location! Host is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and hope to one day!

Our stay here helped make our visit to family very memorable. Location was perfect. Had everything that we needed and more. We will look to stay here again for future visits to our family. Hopefully next time our visit will be longer. Thank You!!!
