While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-6 hours to reach the desired temperature.brbrGrill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.brbrWe do not allow visitors on premise at any time. We provide rate flexibility to provide the best value to groups of all sizes. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking; rates change based on group size. Please register infants as children; they are counted within the max occupancy of our home.brbrWe allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. A $60/dog fee is charged per stay. We are not able to host any other animals/pets.
