There is a Parking Garage across the street where you will park and be given a parking key card to use during your stay. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.brbr- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.brbr- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.brbr- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay.brbr- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.brbr- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, the Front Desk can provide a vacuum, or broom and dustpan, to use in your unit if you wanted it. If additional Housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk.brbr- Washers and Dryers are also available (at no additional charge) on alternating floors for guests to use if desired.brbr- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. The Pool towels can be picked up at the Towel Vending machines near the Indoor Pool.brbr- If your family owns and likes larger Beach Towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other Beach Blankets / Beach Chairs / Umbrellas / Equipment, etc., you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc. you can rent them on the beach out in front of the facility.brbr- For trash disposal during your stay, there are utility rooms with trash chutes located on every floor. Just open the door and drop your trash bag down the chute. If you need more trash bags you can request those as well from the Front Desk.brbr- Ice machines are available on every other floorbrbr- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Virginia Beach was designed with a special bike path along the Boardwalk to cater to bike riders. It's possible to use bikes as your main means of transportation during the week to travel up and down the Boardwalk, and around town. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night.brbr- There is a Virginia Beach Coupon booklet available pretty much everywhere in vending type machines along Atlantic Ave, including the Front Desk / Lobby at pretty much all the properties in VB. In this booklet you can find some coupons that offer decent discounts on food, entertainment, and equipment purchases (like bike rentals if you are not able to bring your own).brbr- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the Name, Address, and Email of the Primary Guest who will check in.brbr- This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.

Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.brbrWe are OLD SCHOOL! Our home was built in 1920! So the plumbing is not probably like yours at home. We are on a septic system so we have to be super careful of what goes down the pipes! Please reaad the signs in the bathrooms and kitchens. We hate backups and so will you. Only toilet paper and the good old #1 and #2 down the toilet please. If the water is stops working, it most likely means the septic hs a problem. We have a shut off valve on the main water line when the septic pump is stuck. Trust us, this is a good thing! let us know and we will get it resolved As Quickly As Possible. brbrPet Policy: We love pets however, its a shared building and we want everyone to have the best experience so we limit the amount of 4 legged companions that are allowed on the property at any given time. Sometime the best rest is away from the kids! Thanks for understanding. brbrbrGuests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $150. brbrbrTrash Policy: Place all trash in the dumpster in the back of the complex.
