Stayed Aug 29, 2025Fabulous location close to the beach. We enjoyed having the cart, umbrella and all the chairs to enjoy the beach. The unit and the property are clean & well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed including plastic cups for outdoor use. Mark responded promptly to all our questions during our stay.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We stayed in this same community last summer but this unit was much more nicely updated inside. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. There are not many pools in North Virginia Beach and this property includes access to a nice shared pool. We would definitely return to this property.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Newly redecorated. Easy access and a walk to the beach. Quiet residential location. Pool access for those non beach days. Close to activities on the boardwalk but far away from the noise and crowds. Perfect for families. Well appointed kitchen if you want to save from spending the outrageous prices at restaurants. Lucky find and if we return to Virginia Beach we will certainly choose this location

Stayed Jun 24, 2024My only complaint is that we asked for additional hour as we did not have to deliver our rental until 11:45 am and check out time was 10 am. We had to drive around for a hour.
