We can ship items back for a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping, payable in advance. Items left behind will be held for 14 days; after this period, they are considered abandoned. br7. Property Condition: Please survey the home upon arrival and report with photos any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. After this grace period, the guest accepts the property`s condition and may be held responsible for any damages found after check-out.br8. Mail & Packages: Please contact guest services before shipping any items to the property, as mail access varies by location. The host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivered or lost during your stay. For stays exceeding 15 days, we may require a separate lease agreement or ask that you use a local post office for deliveries.br9. Pest Control: Our properties are professionally treated. Should a pest-related medical issue be reported, guests must provide medical confirmation of the cause. We will then dispatch a third-party inspector to verify findings and determine the appropriate resolution.br10. Lockouts: For doors with key access, contact guest services for lockbox instructions. For all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense. If a member of the host`s team is dispatched to assist, a $75 service fee will be charged.br11. Moving Furniture: Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.br12. Third-Party Bookings: Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. The person who books must be the person staying. Any exceptions require prior written approval from the host via the booking platform.br13. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the neighbors. br14. Missing/Broken Items: Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave. Additional charges may apply. br15. Garbage: No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.br16. Property Maintenance: To keep our homes in top shape, light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay. Regularly scheduled exterior services - including lawn care, snow removal, and hot tub maintenance - will proceed without prior notice. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #5) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.brbrThis second-floor apartment is brand new with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)! brbrCable TV is not available, but each of the 55 TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave. brbrYou will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.brbrWe even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.brbrWe recognize that cleanliness is a concern at this time. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.brbrWe have six other 2-bedroom units available in this complex if you are traveling with family or friends and would like to stay together.
