    The stay was fantastic, the location was very convenient. We recommend blackout curtains for the living room pull out as the lights in the communal hallway are 24 hours (understandably to accommodate) but make for somewhat difficult sleeping. Overall a great place to stay and very easy to access.

    When we opened the couch bed, it was covered with hair. Also, the sink in the bathroom was very clogged when we arrived. Water took minutes to drain, and by the time we left, some water was leaking below the sink. Also, the dishes in the cupboard weren't very clean, the floors were dirty, and there was chewed gum on the TV table. However, the property manager was very good at communication, and it served our needs while we were here. A few minor improvements about the cleanliness would elevate the stay for future guests.

    i think they could do much better at providing the basics. i expected there would be hand towells and wash cloths, which there was not. the 2nd room has no closet, no where to hang anything, not even a hook on the wall! so I guess you just lay your cloths on the floor! there was not a towell in the kitchen, 1 dish rag and that was it. it should have been noted thst those things are not provided.
