The house features heating, AC, Wi-fi to keep you comfortable no matter the season. brAdventures:brJust 20 minutes from our front door to Sundance Ski area. 15 minutes from downtown Provo and 10 minutes to UVU. brGo explore Provo River trail where you can walk, hike, bike and see Bridal Veil Falls. Or maybe fish the Blue Ribbon Provo river for trout. There are multiple fun scenic parks along the Provo river trail area. brA mere 5 min walk from the house takes you to the scenic Murdock Canal trail that can take you to Salt Lake or to Provo Canyon or to Utah Lake. All connected by the Murdock Canal trail.br Try your luck gold panning , fishing , kayaking or paddle boarding or a beautiful scenic drive up Alpine loop at American Fork Canyon. (25-30) drive. (Requires small park service fee)brNot feeling too adventurous, open the backyard gate and chillax at park just feet behind the house.br Drive times:brJust 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Orem also has some great shopping and restaurants. (Cheese cake factory, PF Chang’s, True Religion steak and pancake house) to name a few. 10 minutes to more shopping at the Provo Riverwoods shopping and restaurants. Just 50 minutes to Park City.
