Very clean, nice, and roomy.

Near perfect stay. The basement apartment has a very open plan - living, dining, and kitchen area. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. You could occasionally hear footsteps upstairs, but it wasn’t an issue. Host was very communicative and helpful. We will 100% stay here again.

This basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and just what our family needed for our weekend stay in Orem. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. It's only a 10 minute drive to Bridal Veil Falls and 20 minutes to Thanksgiving Point. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was spacious, clean, and functional. The cabinet labels were helpful. We appreciated the washer and dryer and snacks. The seasonal decor made it feel like home away from home!

Very clean property with good apartment layout. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you could need including coffee maker. Host was kind to provide complimentary bottled water and yummy snacks. Beds were large and the bathroom had good water pressure in shower with double bathroom sink. grocery store was within 5 minutes drive and neighborhood is safe. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is probably a laudromat nearby. Would recommend this place if you’re visiting the SLC area. We were here for vacation so it suited our needs. However, if you’re here for business and need to go to downtown SLC a lot, this place is about 45 minutes to an 1 hour away from downtown.

Great place to stay in Orem! It’s close to everything. Very spacious and clean basement apartment. Host quickly responds to requests and questions. As other reviews have mentioned AC unit is loud and you could hear footsteps from owners upstairs. Neither bothered us. We were very impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the place. They had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay!

This is our second time staying, and it was just as great as the first time. Great location, clean, and comfortable. I’m certain we’ll stay again!

The place was super clean, spacious, with everything you might possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had nice dish sets, pots, silverware and the bedrooms nice closet space and comfortable beds. They added a special touch to the place with 4th of July decorations as we were visiting in the month of July. Also, the area had nice views and the neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a new, basement apartment. It is furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. CLEAN, convenient, and just perfect. Gracious hosts. We were there visiting family. It had a gathering area that allowed us to share a meal and visit as a group and then let everyone disburse to their own homes for sleeping. We’d definitely want to stay here again.

We needed something that was close and convenient to get to BYU and the freeway, and this location was perfect. The condo was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, and the check-in/out process was simple.

Things we loved about this property included the spacious living area, the large kitchen, and the convenient location. The dining and living room area are large and easily accommodated our party of six. We were able to watch movies, play games, cook, and build puzzles together in the living space without feeling crowded. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants and UVU. The apartment also is well-lit and has lots of natural light. Some of the other reviews mentioned noise issues. Here is our perspective and experience. It is a basement apartment and there was some noise that we expected and felt was normal. The HVAC (it is a bit louder) and upper floor noise never interfered with our activities during the day or sleep at night. The communication with the host was outstanding and he was quick to respond to any of our questions. We will not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay in this comfy basement apartment! The kitchen and family room are spacious, the kitchen is stocked and even has kids cups, plates. There is a pack & play which was so handy for napping grandbabies! Loved the full-size washer and dryer also. Beds and bedding were also very comfortable We will be staying here again for sure!

Clean! New! Beautiful place. We loved the clean linens, fully stocked kitchen, quality TP/kleenex. Very spacious layout. We wished we lived there permanently. 😊There is motion sensor lighting outside to light your entrance. We enjoyed complimentary snacks upon arrival. The owner communicates and solves problems quickly. (No hairdryer was present but they provided one). Our only complaint was that the air intake on the a/c unit was noisy.
