The host and location were great!

Amenities were very scarce. The carpets and rugs could use a cleaning.

Parking in the double garage was very convenient and helpful. The home was clean but had trouble finding any wash clothes for the kitchen and bathrooms.

We came to Utah for a wedding and to visit family and this was a wonderful home base. The location is terrific, the neighborhood was convenient and lovely.The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean. There was an issue with the upstairs air con, but that’s just unfortunate timing. The other small issue is that there was no “Welcome book” with easy access to all of the pertinent information, for instance, WiFi password, trash collection, extra supplies.I finally realized I had to go through the “property portal” but that wasn’t very convenient. Each time you had to sort of “sign in” and it would have been nicer to have it easily accessible all in one place. We missed getting the garbage can out on the day we arrived because we were unaware. It was pet friendly which was fantastic, the listing might mention that the property is a townhome and does not have a yard.

Good location

We had a great stay with 6 adults. The place was very clean and well-stocked, with plenty of towels and paper goods. Check-in was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving at the SLC airport at 6 am. The garage was spacious—big enough that we were able to fit our extra-large Wagoneer by parking it diagonally. It was a tight squeeze, but it worked!The location is super convenient—within walking distance to Winco and several places to eat. A big plus was the 3.5 bathrooms, which made it easy for everyone to get ready without waiting. Just a heads-up: all the bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement, so if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this might not be the best fit. Also, one of the rooms has bunk beds, so while the listing may say it sleeps 12, it might not be ideal for more than 6 adults.Overall, a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. We'd definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay for my family who all converged here for a family reunion. The location to the freeway and to the reunion was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and the perfect place for us.!

We liked the home, it was clean and comfortable. The only concern was the master bathtub. It had some fungus-like material coming out of the holes in it. The carpet was worn. But everything else was just fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We had a great family spring break in Orem in this property. Spacious with four bathrooms and plenty of closet space, a large master bathroom with tub, and close to many food and shops. Would recommend to others.

Pretty good. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are small, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent location.

Overall the layout and space was great. Lots of room for us with plenty of bathrooms. Our main problem was the lack of cleanliness. Linens were stained and dirty with hairs in some of the beds. utensils and pots in the kitchen were filthy. There was no salt and pepper. And when we reached out for help they didn’t reply until the next day.

Our stay was so nice! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the owners were very responsive and check in and out was quick and easy! The location was perfect for what we had planned.

The house was super clean, comfortable beds, nice master bathroom. It was great for my big family. Nice & quiet but close to Winco grocery & taco time & the bell & freeway to get where we needed to be. Thanks again!

great for multiple couples in town for family wedding

The location and layout are fantastic. The Carpet and couch are very dirty. They are approaching the useful end of life. At the very least a serious deep cleaning. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

Beautiful unit with lots of space and in a great location. The attached garage was nice. Air conditioning stopped working in 95-100 degree heat on Sunday night and still isn’t working as we are getting ready to leave Tuesday noon. Was offered free 12:00 noon late check out for our inconvenience then my credit card was charged anyway. AC tech showed up at 10:00 Tuesday saying he was told no one would be here. Then got a call from the management company saying we were supposed to be out at 10:00 AM the normal time. Great unit, poor experience.

We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape
