Showers and bathrooms are available in the main site area which is a five minute walk.brbrSoon after you pass Indian Canyon the road gets bumpy for about 30 yards. Generally if you stay all the way to the west, towards the mountains it’s easiest. Or pick an easy route down the center of the road. High clearance recommended but skilled drivers can negotiate the route without much effort.brbrThe spacebrAs you enter the gate to the property gate, camping is available on either side of the driveway, choose your spot. To get to the main site you can continue on the driveway for about five minutes walking and will come to the showers, outhouse, Wi-Fi, etc. This specific campsite though is for primitive camping only and has no services other than firewood, fire pits and a picnic table. If you were to continue on Brushey Terrace, you will end up on the national forest land. With our guidance for the best experience for guests, owner of Indian Canyon Ranch, Joe, lived and worked in Yosemite & Grand Canyon National Park as project manager and not wanting the used materials to be wasted in the landfill, Joe captured the opportunity to create an off-grid retreat when he bought the first 10 acres of Indian Canyon Ranch which is now 20 acres total He took years to collect and build this off-grid retreat, piece by piece, up-cycling construction debris. Now Joe lives off-grid full-time and is sharing in the experience. Joe will be able to answer some of your questions or give you advice on the area and other natural wonders in the region including local Indian ruins, or a great place to swim, or go off-roading :)
