This 1,200 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 2 - 6 people and is easily shared with good friends or family. Dog friendly! Our cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio with a large BBQ grill, and a 6 person hot tub. Centrally located in downtown Moab.brbrFrench Quarter is one of four cottages that share a garden filled oasis courtyard. Each cottage has its own patio outdoor lounge area. There is a communal BBQ and 3 cottages that share the 6 person hot tub. brbrWe are located downtown just two blocks from the very center of restaurants and shops. brbrPlease note although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $30 per pet fee applied to your stay.brbrWe allow up to 2 small/medium dogs in French Quarter. In your cottage you will find a Dog Package containing two bowls, waste bags, and a towel for muddy feet to welcome our four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:brbrI have read and agreed to the following Dog Policy for cottages at 3 Dogs & a Moose and I promise that:brbr-My dog is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.br-My dog is free of ticks and fleas.br-My dog will be with me under my care at all times. Some larger trucks don't fit in the garage however.brbrPARKING:br- Besides the garage we have first come, first served parking spaces out the front door of our house. This parking area is also convenient for pool and hot tub access.br- Large trailers and trucks can be parked on Red Valley Circle or Village Drive which are the nearby access roads for the subdivision. brbrPOOL/HOT TUB:br- The pool is very convenient from our house. Head out the front door, take a left and your are there after a short 30 second walk.br- The community facility contains 2 pools that are heated.br- There is a single hot tub that can fit 10 people.br- There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables.br- For the kids, there is a nice playground with a slide and swings.br- Finally, there is a full tennis court with basketball hoops.br- We provide pool towels for use on your vacation.
