This property was amazing!! Great location, very clean and well taken care of, spacious and all around a great rental. The host was responsive to all my questions and gave really good recommendations for in town dining and activities. We would most definitely rent this property again next time we are down playing in Moab!

This was a great place. Will definitely book with them again. Only complaint was mattresses were either to hard or you rolled to the middle.

We loved our stay at Todd’s place in Moab! The condo was very comfortable & had all the necessities for our stay! I would highly recommend Todd’s place & would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient for our excursions to Arches and Canyonlands, and the space was perfect for us to decompress after long days of hiking. Having a washer/dryer was also a huge help! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Moab.

Clean and great location. Only wished the Master bedroom had a tv in it.

Great value or a three bedroom stay in Moab. It was great having the pool and hot tub available to let the kids swim after a full day of exploring the national parks.

This condo is amazing! SO spacious! Very clean. Extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for families. If we come back to Utah again, this will most definitely be the place we will want to stay.

Awesome place to stay. Photos don’t give an accurate view of the property as it is much nicer than photos show. Access to pool was great for hot afternoons. Great proximity to the parks and shopping. Hosts gave excellent food recommendations.

Our family had a wonderful stay here as we explored moab and all it has to offer. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was great for the kids when it got to hot and the location is perfect, its just outside of the hussle of the town but very easy access to arches and canyonlands. 10 out of 10 we loved it!

Great location -very easy to get to Arches, Canyonland, Deadhorse, Moab restaurants etc, The condo was very roomy, very clean and comfortable. Check in/oit was very easy

Enjoyed staying here. Was close to the locations we wanted to visit. Would be easier to find it in the dark if it stated that it was the first building on the right after you turned into condo complex.

Great condo with plenty of room.

This location was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 vacation. Super close and conveniently located. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer . Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Stayed with a friend while we visited Moab and N/P’s. Unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a few minutes south of town so anytime you want to leave you’ll be driving. Not a problem. The grounds could use some clean up but would 100% stay here and recommend again and again.Thanks Meyer Family

This condo was amazing for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Away from the busy part of Moab, still less than 10 minutes drive to the town restaurants and shops. The heated pool and hot tub were a great bonus after a day of hiking.

We loved our 4-night stay at this condo. It was very spacious, clean and the location was great, just a few minutes from downtown Moab. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We appreciated having enough room to spread out when resting from outdoor adventures. The futon in the master closet was perfect for our small one.

We stayed for a week during spring break. The unit was very niclely located, convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, and the many more hikes, rafting, and other activities in and around Moab. It was perfectly sized for our family of four, and the kids really enjoyed daily swims in the pool after strenuous hikes.The host communicated clearly.

My first non-hotel rental and it was an excellent experience! Excellent communication from the host and the place was well equipped and clean! Only minor thing some ppl might like to know is that one of the queen beds is a bit saggy in the middle. Thanks for the stay!

This condo is on the south side of Moab. Perfect spot for our family as my daughter lives in South Moab. Plenty of space for everyone and the beds were super comfy

Unit is as advertised and the Owner is excellent in communicating. Intructions to enter the apartment and leave we easy to understand. Space was great to share with our young adult children (18-21) and our younger teen. We needed some extra dishwasher pods and they were delivered the same day. We hope to return to Moab and, is available, we'll book this property again.

This was the perfect spot for exploring Arches NP and Canyonlands. The condo is spotlessly clean, owner is super clear with instructions, everything you need is provided. We loved staying here! Don't hesitate, if it's available book it!

This is a very nice complex at the end of town. Very clean and easy check in and out. Will definitely come back.

This spacious apartment is about five miles south of Moab, so very close to both Arches and Canyonlands Parks. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is minimally furnished, but adequate.

We were there for Jeep Jamboree. It worked great. Much nicer than a hotel and about the same price. Very clean, plenty of room, nice to have a kitchen. Highly recommend this place for tour stay in Moab.

Third floor and i didnt see an elevator but the condo is very spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Great location. We would stay here again.

Our stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out was amazing! The host gave very well instructions on how to get in and what to do before check out as well as great nearby locations. Upon arrival to the location you can see the cleanliness and care for the property. They provided extra blankets and nothing was missing. I would definitely stay here again!!!

A nice new apartment 2nd floor. Seems very large with high ceilings and wide halls. Perfect place to stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality. We didn’t find ourselves with any unexpected needs. Sleeping was very comfortable. The TV works well. No problems. Our only issue was that the listing said the keys would be in a basket, but they are hanging up by the door. Just look for that.
