Great cozy place to stay! Very clean and close to many hiking trails in national parks and the surrounding area!

The condo was better than expected. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable. Mountains were beautiful and it was peaceful

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our time together and the kids loved having access to the pool.

Everything was very good and in working order, except the patio door didnt lock, but not an issue on the 3rd floor. Never felt unsafe here. Spacious, comfortable and just a few miles from town. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Moab and Arches.

Unit was very comfortable. 3rd floor unit, so going up stairs with luggage was a bit challenging.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I loved the family pictures - nice touch. It's conveniently close to town.The owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and very quick to answer any questions we had. Very nice stay.

Great location. Lots of space and well appointed. Location was quiet and a good base operations for both Arches and Canyonlands. Less than a 10 minute drive to any restaurant in town. Beds were very comfortable. Would definently recommend.

Booking process was easy, there was a little hiccup when we went to check in but Todd took care of it like a champ. Place was exactly what my family needed for the 2 days we were there. Would book this property again.

Everything about this condo was very nice with the exception of the three flights of steps to get to the unit.

We spent 4 days in Moab area exploring the local National parks and UTV adventures. This location was perfect for our needs. A place to rest, recharge and refuel for the next day of play. Comfortable and plenty of space for 4 women.

We found the condo to be very comfortable and the location was perfect for our tours of the local Natural Parks. The owner (Todd) gave us great recommendations for places to eat. This was our first time in Moab and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice roomy place. enjoy the full kitchen to cook some meals. nice to have 2 bathroom.

The condo is large with comfortable beds and chairs. There are lots of extra towels, blankets and sheets. Great mountain views from the balcony. It has more than enough space for my family of four. We will stay here again if we ever visit Moab again.

We had a great time, spending thanksgiving in Moab. We cooked a full thanksgiving dinner here and spent much of the other days hiking and exploring the near by parks.

We spent little time in the condo with all the outside activities in the area. However, it was a very comfortable to rest and relax after a busy day. The host was awesome to work with in setting up flowers to be delivered for our anniversary. He also had great tips on things to do and places to eat.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo!! The location, the interior space, the hot tub, the mountain views....everything was just perfect. Todd was easy to communicate with and accomodating. It made our trip to Moab a great experience!

My kids love the condo, especially the pool and hot tub after hiking

Our small group of 6 friends got together for a quick trip to Moab. We were looking at needing 2 or 3 rooms for all of us, but we happened to look at other places when we saw the rates were so high, in even the most basic hotels. We found this place, with the perfect amount of room, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen for HALF the cost! Will absolutely remember and try to use this location again!

Beautiful condo in Moab, Utah is in excellent condition and perfectly located for accessing the incredible off-road trails that Moab is famous for. Todd Meyer (owner) provides great instructions for finding, entering, using and exiting his property. With three bedrooms, two baths, living room, kitchen, dining area and working laundry room, it has all the comforts of home in a gorgeous location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental.

Quite place on edge of Moab, with easy commute to Arches, both areas of Canyonland NPs as well as the town and other outdoor activities. Not much within walking distance but there is a functional swimming pool at the complex. Spacious 3bd apartment -
