The NORTH SIDE listing offers 2 full kitchens (one on the main floor and one in the basement), laundry facilities, outdoor patio and a covered deck to relax outside and BBQ. Off street parking available for up to 4 vehicles and garage can be utilized to store bikes or recreation equipment. We are ideal for family getaways, retreats, or multi-family vacations. The SOUTH SIDE has 4 bedrooms; all 4 have queen beds. In addition, there are 5 twin beds and 1 full sized bed in the family room downstairs. There is 1 couch that would be suitable for one person, and it has a wet bar in the lower family room with microwave and small fridge. Laundry facilities are in the basement, and there are shared washer & dryers in the garage. It has outdoor patio and a covered deck to relax outside and BBQ.brbrYou have exclusive access to each side of the duplex, which includes a private fenced backyard. Garage and driveway is shared between both sides of the home. Max of 24 guests and 8 cars per reservation allowed for the Entire Duplex.
