Moab Rim Views! I Pet Friendly I Garage I Pool & Hot Tub

Clean, comfortable, and easy. Great neighborhood. Jeff was quick and responsive with communication. Would definitely recommend! We even got to see the Aurora Borealis!

Host was easy to reach, place was clean and the hot tub was amazing! Super close to town and an awesome setup in terms of bedrooms and beds. We would stay here again!

The house was spacious and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. In a safe neighborhood. It was very convenient to have access to the garage. The pool was a plus. The check-in process was easy and so was communicating with the host.

Moab Rim views was an amazing property for us 2 couples! It was very comfortable, very well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utility wares! We cooked in all 5/7 nights healthy tasty meals. We prepped lunches and made breakfast daily! The bedrooms up stairs are separated for 2 couples for more privacy! We loved the washer and dryer as our 3 days bike, 2 hike and one day float got us a little dusty and dirty. The 2 car garage was perfect for our pick up truck and bike safety… no need to unload nightly! The patio up front is perfect with bistro tables for daily coffee and rim views. At night is served as a spot for star gazing with milky way and nebula views! The Lasalle mountains are to the east and received snow while we were here. I would definitely stay here again as the hot tub and pool were perfect for our sore legs. As an added bonus this home had an arches/ Canyonland hike detail book. This helped us plan our hikes based on ability and time . Thank you for the rides and hikes of our lives! EL/ Tampa, Flirida

The location and views are top notch. The place was clean, comfortable and was stocked with the essential items needed. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay again.

I stayed here with my family and a dog and it was perfect! The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. We really appreciated the garage to park our cars with the additional parking in the driveway for our UTV. Great communication from the host, Jeff, as well which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this unit; the unit it self was as advertised and clean, orderly and very well kept. The unit seemed new or recently renovated and we had no issues with the unit itself. Really enjoyed the size and space, giant laundry machines, and equipped with all necessities.The only two (minor) complaints that others should note would be as such;(1) The unit property is *relatively* far south of town (Moab). It's not a significant driving distance per se, but for example the free Moab transit shuttle doesn't extend/travel down that far (shy by about a mile).(2) The pool and hot tub are shared across the property, and the usage hours are from 10AM to 9PM. They are very strict about the hours; at 9PM they literally come and kick everyone out and padlock the area so it's inaccessible until they remove the padlock in the next morning. Furthermore, while open -- it can get extremely crowded and loud. A couple times we went and had to go back home because it was jam packed. When it wasn't over crowded and we did actually go; it was a mix of times it was enjoyable to meet new people and times we were annoyed because we wanted to relax while other were partying/screaming way too loud. In hindsight, we would have likely chosen a unit with a private hot-tub.

Property was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed everything about the unit.

The condo was clean, well equipped and furnished. The long driveway made for super convienant parking for our trailer and garage was great for bikes and gear. Close to the pool, and the property manager was very communicative! Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our friend vacation to Moab. Each room had a king sized bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in every night. The location was a little farther south of town but was easy to find and in a nice area. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just the 2 of us but a large group could stay very comfortably. We loved coming back to the condo after a long day of sightseeing and hiking. So much to do in Moab area!

The property was clean, well-appointed, & well stocked with the essentials you need. It even had a variety of spices available in the kitchen. The pool and the hot tub were a nice way to relax after a long day of hiking. We would definitely go back.

Loved our stay here! The most comfortable beds, which were appreciated after days visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Jeff was great to work with, including help with cable issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Large 3 bedroom, very comfortable condo in a nice development with pools, hot tub, and courts. Close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab (great restaurants, breweries, and shopping). Jeff was a great communicator and was available for questions and information. The 2 car garage was great for parking our car out of the sun and convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Moab!
