Parking pass will be issued at the onsite office and it should be placed on the vehicle's dashbord as soon as possible.brbr2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.brbr3. Pets ~ Two small dogs under 25 pounds each are allowed at $100/dog cleaning fee. Dog run located on the south side grass area by the pool.
