    Great time at the beach . The only problem was the down stairs neighbor complaining on my 2 year old and 6 year old for “running” in the condo. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable either. But over all great place

    Location fit our needs. The unit was very comfortable and the washer and dryer were a big plus. We have rebooked for next year and would have given the unit 5 stars but it needs minor updates.

    Vacasa should include the wristbands just as they include the parking in the fees for the rental. The price y’all have listed is not the price this condominium is charging for wristbands. You all are located not to far from the property and should stay updated to date with the rates if you are going to be renting to people. Also you should include at “Get Wristbands” section on the reminder emails yall send out!! Condo was clean but had a pet smell to it. Nice air fresheners would be a pleasant investment!

    I loved the size of the apartment, the proximity to the beach, and the secured parking garage. I didn't like I had to pay extra to use the recreational areas (pool. Gym,etc). The apartment was clean and had confortable bedding. Also, construction happening next door was an inconvenience when sleeping in late.

    Although it extremely cold, windy, rainy and unpleasant outside with a temperature of 34 degrees . This condo offered a beautiful view. I loved the variety of channels and movies that were available,as well as how close it was to the beach. The room was clean as well.

    This Condo was everything we expected and more, the bed was super comfortable, Living are nice and large and bright , shower was amazing and on site amenities are no slouch as well , not to mention this unit is within WALKING distance to shops , food, the beach and the marina. Will defiantly be checking this units availability next time I head to SPI!
