My family loved the beautiful area of the swimming pool and hot tub, the lawn was perfectly manicured. The condo was very cute and comfortable. We could have used some spices and condiments for enjoying meals at the condo. The only thing I would address is that the drapes on the sliding door be laundered.
Everything perfectly placed and tidily cleaned, broken knob of the backyard and lack of trash bags were a minor inconvenience, otherwise we had a great experience, highly recommend.
I will start off with what I loved about our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the beach is right out the door and there are 2 pools in case one gets closed for whatever reason, which happened while we stayed there. The water pressure in the shower was great, the fridge so cold it would make slushies out of your sodas. The view was breathtaking and the beds and sofa were very comfortable and having a private washer dryer is very convenient. Now the bad, the drawers and doors of the kitchen cabinets were a little dirty. One of the burners on the stove didn't work and the racks in the oven were absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a mop anywhere in the condo, which you will need as the floor gets slippery when you come in wet from the beach or the pool. There is a chair in the living room that is very wobbly, someone will eventually fall off it, they should throw it out. Most of the drawers in the dressers and nightstands are broken. The door to the master bathroom does not close all the way, just knock before you go in. Last but not least, the doors in the master shower/tub are just hanging off the top rail, they not only slide from side to side but also from front to back, bottom rail is just a decoration. I hope they fix that soon.
There were several issues: Broken kitchen faucet which they replaced, bathroom faucet was loose but they adjusted it, missing outlet cover which they replaced, missing dryer lint catcher which they replaced 2 weeks later. I was never reimbursed for the 2 loads of clothes we dried with the public dryer. FYI Washing a load of clothes takes 2 hours because you can’t wash while something is drying but the dryer doesn’t work efficiently because the venting is blocked and we were told that is a COA repair. This unit needs a new washer, dryer and venting. The tv screen is so dark you can’t see faces, we even tried adjusting it, so this too needs to be replaced. The standing fans need cleaning. There is no coffee table so we had to buy one, the glass top coffee table in the ad is not in the unit. There were bugs: pantry bugs, little ants, german roaches and tree roaches. I bought several types of poisons and it cleared up after a while but this place needs regular spraying and i was never reimbursed for the supplies that i bought. Lastly, the toilet smells, we cleaned it but I think it the wax ring seal or something needs replacing. Positives: the view is very nice, they have very few nicknacks cluttering the place which is really nice for placing your own stuff, i made some excellent meals here and the complex is mostly quiet. Two beds are comfortable but the one in the 2nd bedroom near the door has a drip in the center, it needs replacing. I would not stay here again.
Loved the cleanliness and view along with being on the ground floor. Very comfortable bed! Paper products were inferior, really cheap. The condo needs glassware as there wasn’t any.
Close to the beach..other than that..not nice. Washer did not work, sinks did not drain, roaches and holes in the wall.
The location is great and the tents Solare has available are fantastic. It looks directly out to the ocean. However, the condo was very disappointing. The locks were very difficult to work - when they did work. None of the drains worked and there was a hole in the wall by the sliding doors. The beds and bedding were low quality. It was totally basic (aka Walmart, Days Inn). The towels, the utensils, appliances and the pots/pans were very basic. Perhaps I expected to much based on the photos.
The location of this unit is great and has good space for our family of four.
The location is amazing!
Roomy condo. Perfect location. Even though condos are old the grounds are perfect. Boardwalk/deck with patio furniture was better than perfect. Fabulous for anyone with mobility issues. Feel like you are on the beach but don’t have to be. Needs clothes washer fixed. Needs more dishes especially cups and decent wine glasses ( plastic or not). Needs ants in kitchen and pantry taken care of. Not visible until food in closet. Otherwise great.
Although door pad lock was not properly working, and there being ants everywhere the location was great and beds were comfy.
We loved this rental and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Claytons and the beach deck gave us the perfect view to fireworks Friday and Saturday evenings. Accommodations were great! We would definitely rent this unit again.
E-lock is difficult to use. Need better instructions prior to arrival. Location is excellent…close to pool and beach. Bedrooms are dark. Beds in front bedroom need to be replaced. Condo and furniture needs to be updated. Washing machine was not working. Bathroom sinks were clogged and maintenance didn’t come fix until late afternoon the day before we departed. Light out in n lamp and no one ever came to replace it. Wouldn’t recommend staying here even though the location is great.
The location was really unmatched as far as convenience. Great to get in front door from parking lot and to the shore from the inside. Views were great! The area was well kept. I took my grandfather who is 60years old and it ways perfect! My kids loved it. Security was superb! You see the firework show every night it shows. The staff on the site is amazing! I can go on and on. Still close to all the restaurants etc. Everything was just like the pictures.
Very spacious. Clean. Ocean view was perfect . Great access to the beach. Pool was close by. Beds were comfortable.
