    The house was clean and comfortable The view of the ocean was beautiful from the balcony. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be to have thicker blankets on the bed. There was a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and a bed spread as thin as a sheet.

    Every thing in this condo was as pictured. We all loved this condo very much. Very clean. Our only complaint was the internet, so sloooow, kept on buffering even@3:00 in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.

    There were shortages of several items such as toilet tissue and paper towels. Remarkably, there was no hand soap for the bathroom sinks and all three shower soap dispensers were empty. Very poor quality control

    The home itself was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was a nice place to unwind in every evening. The view was great from the balcony and a perfect spot for the Friday/Saturday fireworks from down the beach. It’s nicely decorated with a cool beachy vibe. If you plan to stay for more than a couple days I’d suggest bringing your own additional paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Only 1 of each was provided and my stay was for 6 nights. While Vacasa and the condo owner can’t do much about this I assume - the management and staff of Bahia Mar can be challenging to work with. If you’re renting a cabana or have questions for the office, the staff is late to work everyday by about 10-15 mins. And some of them not so friendly. We rented a cabana on our first day and one of the managers was yelling at us to move to a different one after we had already set up camp with 4 very young children and been there for 2 hours. Their staff had set up the cabanas incorrectly that day. He legit was yelling and fighting us for an hour, it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. After that day, renting the cabanas was a pleasant experience other than waiting for the staff to arrive to rent them. The property also has a 10pm quiet time start, and which people do get out of the pools, but you can still hear everything from this condo - people playing loud music and partying outside - especially on the weekend. It was relatively quiet during the week. So if you’re a family - I’d choose to stay on week days. Even with the slight issues, I’d definitely stay here again because of the spaciousness, cleanness, and comfortability of the condo and because of the properties amenities (2 pools, splash pad, and cabana rentals).

    This location was great and the property was well maintained. When it was too windy we spent time in the pool and gym or playing pickleball. The kitchen lacked a few essentials for making food.

    The property was clean and really eye catching! There was construction next door to the condo that started at 6am each morning and we lost electricity during our stay (all things that were out of the owners control) but overall a great stay!
